Villa Signature es un condominio principal dividido de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en el corazón del norte de Scottsdale con todas las comodidades que necesitará. El condominio está ubicado en el 2do nivel de un edificio de 2 pisos. 1 lugar de estacionamiento cubierto y mucho estacionamiento para huéspedes disponible. La gran sala ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana con Blue-Ray Player y un sofá cama Queen para dormir hasta 6 personas en total. La cocina completa da a la sala Great y tiene una barra de desayuno, junto con un comedor. Disfrute de una bebida o su café de la ma��ana en el balcón también. Las habitaciones divididas ofrecen camas King, televisores de pantalla plana, vestidores y baños completos con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Villa Signature también ofrece lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. Teléfono local y acceso WIFI gratuito.

El centro comunitario con todas las comodidades está a menos de 1 minuto a pie de la puerta principal. Allí tendrá acceso a una piscina climatizada y spa, gimnasio, vestuarios, baño de vapor, sauna, biblioteca, centro de negocios, sala de estar común con televisión y cocina completa, área de barbacoa y pozo de fuego. ¿Qué más puedes pedir? Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Condo is very close to everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are large with good sized closets and dressers. Bathrooms are very nice.

Excellent location for the Barrett Jackson. We were able to walk approximately 20 min to the event. Great restaurants close by. Unit was perfect, had all we needed.Communication was excellent, questions were answered quickly, thank you. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely nothing that list this condo next to a busy, loud road, or 2nd level which still turned out just fine but he place was not very clean. The walls, fire suppression system, fans, and ceilings were covered is dust bunnies. The kitchen ceiling was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in with dust bunnies covering the walls and ceiling. The bathroom towels were stained, crusty and old and wasn’t sure if they were even washed. The soap dispenser is all rusty in both bathrooms and my suggestion to that is spend maybe $5 and get new ones. The shower fixtures were all rusted out and gross, base was stained and dirty with hair everywhere. The shower curtain liners in both bathrooms are way stained and need to be changed out and washed. It’s the little things that will make or break you and feel this place had potential if they would put in more effort and put in the upkeep to maintain it and keep it cleanliness.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed. The condo was in a very good area of Scottsdale for sightseeing, restaurants etc- only good thing. The unit was noisy, so close to the street. Too loud to use the small terrace. Fine for a weekend, but not longer. We rented for a month. The dishes/cups were chipped & scratched badly, some glasses were cracked, furniture was old, some towels stained, pots/pans old and had to scrub to get them cleaner. Furniture & bathrooms were dated. Primary br shower needed regrouting, and faucet was old & a bit rusty. Hairdryer was broken- had to be replaced. The lock on the door broke one night and we couldn't get in for hours. Property manager was minimally helpful- we had to find a night locksmith ourselves (which took a few hours with us standing outside on a colder night) and had to lay out the payment for the property manager. (we were reimbursed) TV's were old, small and not "smart" TV's. Pool was nice. Overall, would not recommend. Looked better in the photos than in person for sure.

It’s close shops, restaurants and has a fantastic community area and spotless pool.Working with Wes the local agent is great and seamless.The major issue with this particular unit is that it’s on a major road. Thompson Peak Parkway is always busy with traffic and I had to purchase a set of ear plugs to sleep with. The noise levels are incredibly loud and even trying to work during the day is a challenge. There is no way to sit on the balcony and have a conversation.Needless to say I will never stay in this unit again.

Signature condo

This was the second time we have stayed in the signature complex. This location and general property are wonderful This was our first time in this condo as the pervious one we had stayed at was already booked and this unit was also “dog friendly” Being a second floor unit was not ideal for dog walking, etc but it did work. First impression was not good the towels in secondary bedroom with downright dirty with stains. The dishwasher had 2 inches of standing water. Faucets in kitchen and main bedroom did not work. It was late in day we were tired from driving so didn’t address these until next morning. Wes the property manager was OUTSTANDING! He did address these all in a timely manor. He bought use brand new towels repaired faucets attempted to fix patio light. The unit just needs some TLC perhaps some new pillows. Make sure things are cleaned between clients. If you want great location in scottsdale close to,shopping. Great pool fitness center outdoor grill then this is for you. Again it’s on the second floor so keep that in mind.
