This is our family vacation retreat being offered for the first time in 2022. Ideally located in a gated community west of US 41 with easy access to beaches, dining, and shopping. The community is small and quiet, just 26 units in three 2 story buildings with a nature preserve to the the north and south and a lake behind. The unit is on the top floor overlooking the lake and is tastefully decorated with new kitchen appliances, tile floors, and modern comfortable furnishings.
The community has an outdoor heated pool, a fire pit, and available kayaks. Just minutes from Aldi and Publix with numerous dining options within walking distance including Mel's Diner, Pincher's Crab Shack, Paladdio Trattoria, Iguana Mia, and several fast food chains.
Beach access includes Barefoot and Bonita Beaches within 4 miles and state parks at Wiggins and Lover's Key just 15 minutes away. There are also multiple fitness locations nearby and walking or biking is easy exercise on the flat terrain.
The unit has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay as it is our family destination. As such, it contains a lot of our personal property and is more like house sitting for a good friend than getting an income rental. We will be particular in the type of guests we'll accept and prefer a mature couple looking to escape winter for a month.
