We love everything about this condo. This was our 3rd time staying here. The environment is warm, welcoming and feels like home. Everything you need is provided. The owners are easy to communicate with. Easy access to nearby towns, shopping, restaurants and the beach. We look forward to staying here in the future.

A wonderful refuge from the cold North

This condo is very welcoming and accommodating. It quickly became our home base as we explored the beaches of Bonita Springs, golfed and dined in an impressive variety of restaurants in the area. Starting our day with coffee on the lovely lanai overlooking the scenic lake visited by many local birds were treasured moments. The decor is beachy, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with any type of cookware and serving pieces that you could possibly need. There are chairs and umbrellas available if you opt for a day on the beach. We hope to return next year

Clean & comfy

We stayed 2 weeks. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed comfy. Clean. End unit had plenty of privacy. And deck over looking the pond was a bonus. Spent most mornings out there enjoying our morning coffee.

2 wonderful weeks in Bonita Springs

The condo was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and easy to feel at home in. Loved sitting on the lanai overlooking the lake. Easy access to many restaurants and the beach. Hope to return soon!

Our second return to Paradise

We enjoyed our second vacation agian and stayed for the same two weeks.as last time. Everything about the unit and our hosts was just as we remembered from last year. We are already planning our return vacation for 2024. Thank you to Irina and Petar for sharing their beautiful place with us.

Great location and unit

This unit is on the top floor at the end of small complex of three buildings, with the best location and view of the "lake" (large pond) with rabbits and birds we enjoyed watching. The unit is spacious enough for 4 but would be a little crowded for any more people. It was immaculate and the Manager/Owner is amazing!! Irina responded immediately to any questions. Access to the property and to the unit was simple. The pool is not huge but the right size for the community. The water was warm enough to spend many comfortable hours in it. The Owner has EVERYTHING in the unit you'll need. Bring non-K Cup coffee as the Keurig didn't work for us and there is a new regular style coffee maker. The utensils and dinner and glassware are abundant and in excellent condition. The pantry and some cupboards were stocked with all you need to eat and drink, including some whiskeys, vodka and other drinks in the fridge. The community is located near all sorts of great restaurants, including Pincher's and Mel's Diner, and within a few miles of Walmart, and all sort of other restaurants and shopping. The highway near the complex has a 55 mph speed limit, making travel around the area quick. There is a great walking/biking path located along Vanderbilt Road, accessible via a long sidewalk from the community. The other guests were super friendly and most were longer term renters from the U.S. and Canada. We have stayed at many VRBO's in the U.S. and abroad, and this one was tops for the money.

Wonderful place to stay .

Irina and Petar were easy and wonderful to communicate with. From the moment we entered the condo it felt welcoming! This condo was perfect for us, it is bright, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. We had not been to Florida since the pandemic so this was a great place to stay, it is also in a nice community , close to everything(restaurants/bars, grocery, pharmacy and of course the beaches). We will definitely not hesitate to refer our friends and family and will be going back again. Thank you Irina and Petar for hosting us. L &T

After the storm

We were hesitant about staying in the Bonita area due to the horrific damage from the storm. We were reassured by the property owners that this location experienced minor damage and the facility was structurally sound. We arrived at the facility as scheduled and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this location for future renters.

Amazing Property

As soon as we walked in, the place smelled clean and fresh. Irina was a great host and as VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciated her communication. The location as an end unit was very quiet with a great water view and a lot of very nice neighbors. It's well appointed and very homey. The location is very close to the beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in the area.

Busy parents that enjoy the beach life whenever possible. Our work lives do not allow us to be beach bums, well at least not yet! Irina is a Realtor and a Project Manager and Petar works for a local municipality.

We have been visiting Bonita Springs and Naples for a few years and just fell in love with the area !

This condo is located in a serene, gated community, close to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Bonita Springs and Naples, many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and all other amenities. 5 restaurants are walking distance from the front door! The famous Mel's diner is just around the corner. We are 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport.

This condo captured our attention with the stunning lake view and privacy of our screened-in lanai. We love the airy feel of the vaulted ceilings! We enjoy the benefits of an end unit with bay windows that add extra light and open space feel!
