South Branch Condo 11-3 is a cute, and cozy retreat offering true ski-in, ski-out access to Saddleback Mountain. Perfect for winter enthusiasts, this condo allows you to step right out and onto the slopes, making it easy to enjoy full days of skiing and riding without the hassle of travel. The condo is conveniently located near the main lodge, where you'll find a popular pub-style restaurant, a gift shop, and other amenities.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making meals at home simple and convenient. The living room features a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, books, and games—perfect for winding down in the evenings. Additional amenities include a Bluetooth receiver and speakers, washer and dryer, a boot dryer for two pairs, a ski locker, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay comfortable.

When you're ready to explore beyond the mountain, downtown Rangeley is just a short drive away, offering a local gym, great restaurants, and charming gift shops. South Branch Condo 11-3 is an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm for your Saddleback getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor King, Second Bedroom Loft with Four Twin Beds (2 Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle). Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Location: South Branch Way branches off from the access road just before reaching the Saddleback Base Lodge. 7.7 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 0.4 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. Ski locker available for guest use - located in the basement of building 9.

Nice little condo. Kids loved sleeping in the loft. We enjoyed the fireplace, view, and ski in/out access. Everything was clean. It was nice to have a boot/glove dryer there - we almost brought our own but didn't, so that was a nice surprise. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great views, great condo. Kitchen has everything even though it's tiny. Even a griddle and a crock pot! We went with a bunch of friends and all the kids liked our condo the best. Super easy to ski in and out of.

Excellent Condo

Wonderful condo. Clean and exactly as advertised. Ski in/ski out was a breeze and made everything so easy with the ski lockers. The room was stocked with everything needed. Having every cooking utensil imaginable was awesome! The games and books were enjoyed by the whole family after a long day skiing. We would stay here again without hesitation! It was a fantastic condo at a fantastic mountain. Thanks!

Weekend review

There were five of us in the condo. Our only downside was that the kitchen was extremely small with a small stove and small dishwasher and virtually no counter space. Other than that it was a lovely spot. We have rented in the same buildings a number of times and always enjoy being there. The condo was clean and ready to go when we got there and we have absolutely no complaints about the service that Morton and Furbish provide. They are most responsive and accommodating!
