FIRST FLOOR

Relax on the lounge after a day spent at Disney and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV – the perfect place to gather together for a cozy movie night in.

Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you could need.

Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that caters for guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai, alfresco dining and a gorgeous resort style pool and spa.



SECOND FLOOR

Take the stairs up to the second level and into the games loft filled with a pool table for hours of fun for all ages.

Here you will also find a second living space with luxe leather sofas that surround the big screen TV – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs.

Want to spend time for a great movie with your family? Have a sit in the spacious main living room or the loft lounge, pick your favorite movies and have your movie night started.

INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.

Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.

-1 to 12 guests is $35

-13+ guests is $45



Guest Access:

Guests have private keyless access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



You will also have access to 24/7 support should you need anything during your stay.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

NO STREET PARKING. Please park in the driveways and designated area only.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Check in and check out

Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival

Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities

Amenities at the property

• Linens and bathroom towels

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.
