Love the open space, the Keurig, beds were comfy. Great space for a large family and beautiful neighborhood. I did not like the dryer, we cleaned out the lint the best we could and still took 3 rotations to dry one load. Also, the showers could have been cleaner. A little deep cleaning along the edges. Even with the few issues, we would definitely recommend this property.

Our host, Amanda was fantastic. Very informative and we were able to reach her for all of our questions and issues. That being said... the issues. The pool heating, which we paid extra for, did not work consistently and did not work at all for our final day. The refrigerator was also not functioning properly, and a lot of our frozen food that we purchased for the week did not stay frozen. Our host brought us a very mini fridge that we could put on the island and that was able to fit a couple of our cold items for a while, we put it on a rotation so things didn't spoil. Someone did come to fix it.. However, a few days later it was not working again. Also, the garage door is manual, can be a little difficult to open or close if you are not tall enough/strong enough. Overall, the house sufficed. We had beds to sleep in and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check in/check out instructions were clear and we had ample parking for the 3 vehicles we rented.

We had an amazing stay! This place is absolutely beautiful and made our visit even more special. The location was perfect—close to everything—and the management was incredibly responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub were an extra attraction, making our experience even more enjoyable. We truly loved every moment!

On our first morning, we found one of our vehicles had been towed from the driveway overnight for allegedly being "parked on the grass," even though 90% of the truck was on the small driveway. I read all pre-check-in materials and was mindful of the street-parking warnings, but nothing mentions anything about tires touching grass from the driveway. We started the trip 230 poorer and missed two hours at Magic Kingdom waiting to retrieve our vehicle. The tow company demanded cash only, which was very unscrupulous.The second issue was the upstairs temperature. A note by the upstairs thermostat says not to set it below 72F or the coils will freeze. This left all upstairs bedrooms uncomfortably warm all night. Several guests woke up sweating. Only those who slept downstairs — where we set it to 68 — slept well. This limitation was never disclosed before our stay.Both issues stem from things not communicated in advance. They significantly impacted our experience and our wallets. Future guests deserve to know what they're getting into. I would have made sure to not have had even a tire on the grass at all if I knew it was a tow-able offense and I would not have booked this property to begin with if I knew about the temperature restrictions on the upstairs thermostat in advance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced, particularly with the towing situation and the upstairs temperature. Our neighborhood does have strict parking guidelines, though we have not previously seen a vehicle towed for tires touching the grass of the driveway. We did ask you to provide photos from the tow company, but you never provided us with documentation. We will review how parking expectations are communicated to help avoid confusion for future guests. There is also a sticker next to the upstairs thermostat recommending the temperature not be set below 72°F to help prevent the AC from freezing, though the thermostat remains adjustable. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Great Davenport/Orlando Vacation House!

Me and my family went on a vacation with some friends in early June and we had an amazing time! One of the biggest reasons for that was the house we stayed in. Below, I've listed some of the best features that truly made our stay exceptional.- The swimming pool! This was one feature that we took advantage of every night. The kids had a blast! The water felt great and the hot tub was sublime for us adults at the end of a long, tiring day. - Lots of space and bedroom options! There were 7 of us staying at the house but it could have easily accommodated 7 more. Everyone had plenty of room to relax without feeling like we were on top of one another.- Great location! We were not far from many of the local attractions found in the Orlando area. Our drive to Sea World and Legoland didn't take long at all. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby, too.Overall, the house served its purpose well and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about a trip to Davenport or Orlando who want to save a little money without sacrificing fun or great memories.

Sun, Space, and Serenity: The Perfect Davenport Getaway You Didn’t Know You Needed!

Our stay at Amanda’s vacation home in Davenport, Florida was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best family trips we’ve had.From the moment we booked, Amanda went above and beyond. Our grocery delivery arrived before we did, and instead of having it sit out in the Florida heat, she personally met the delivery, brought everything inside, and made sure it was properly stored. That level of care and thoughtfulness truly set the tone for the entire stay.The home itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly what you want when traveling with family. The kids had a blast in the game room and pool, while the adults enjoyed peaceful mornings on the patio and cozy evenings in the living room. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and everything we needed was right there.Location wise, it was perfect: close enough to Disney and other attractions, but far enough to relax and unwind away from the crowds.Amanda was an amazing host—attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about making sure her guests have a five-star experience.
