This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom features a ground level entrance, a covered balcony, electric heating throughout, and cozy pellet-burning fireplace. Relax on the sectional couch and catch a movie on the flatscreen or convert the couch into a bed and call it a night. The master bedroom also features a King bed for additional guests. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook yourself, but if you're not in the mood to cook at home a short walk gets you over to the nearest shopping center where you can dine at Bleu Market and Kitchen, The Mogul and more! The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with the added bonus of another vanity area outside the bathroom for use when the bathroom is occupied. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Condo was well furnished and comfy. Floors were definitely not clean enough for shoes off walking. Very thin walls and very noisy floor boards. Could hear upstairs neighbors trying to walk gently. Don’t book if you’re a light sleeper. Gym and indoor pool were pictured. Neither were actually available.

Very good location during a snowstorm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a good value and very convenient for walking to restaurants, grocery, and retail stores. We were there during a huge snowstorm (5 feet in two days, mountain closed) and being able to avoid driving around town was fantastic. It is cozy enough, kitchen stocked, bed comfortable. Only negative is that it is a downstairs unit so you will hear upstairs neighbors, o/w all good.

Indoor pool doesn't exist at property, and pool at the property was closed. Jacuzzi access code send to me was wrong. The apt needed upgrade here and there. Questionable electrical work. Lowest ceilings and so small room.all the windows facing to the parking lot ,so cannot open curtain at all.cannot recommend to anyone

Very comfortable place to stay

The check in and check out process was easy, since the office where we picked up the keys is very close to the unit. The unit itself had everything we needed. The living room is very comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Clean place in a great location to Mammoth for skiing. Yes, the building is older but that's normal for this area. All the functional parts of the home worked well - heat, kitchen, hot showers, bed was perfect. We had 2 downsides - we thought there was a couch sofa bed but it was just a sectional (thankfully my sons were small enough to fit but it won't fit 2 older kids), and we could hear EVERY SINGLE movement of the renters upstairs (steps, sitting down, opening a drawer, etc.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. Good location. The heating system is old and makes a lot of noise. Considering the price ended up being less than even the Motel 6, I felt like we couldn't complain. The bed was confortable and the sofa bed was much better than most.

Great for a couple or family with little kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My main pro for this place is that it’s a quick 2 min walk from my favorite sandwich place Nik’N’Willies. It’s a first floor unit so expect noises from the upper unit since the walls are thin. That didn’t bother us though. The wood pellet burning stove kept the place nice and warm once you figured out how to use it. A quick YouTube video showed me how to use it. It turned out that the pellet tray was in backwards so it wasn’t work at first. But once I turned that tray around it heated up the unit nicely. Overall no major complaints. We would stay at this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Reservations offered me this unit, although they admitted they knew it had not been cleaned in weeks. The bottom of our feet (including my 18 month and 4 year old) were literally black with dirt (company tried to say that because I switched from another (unsatisfactory) unit so quickly that they didn’t have time to clean it, when they never asked if I could wait to have it cleaned) of unit left personal items in part of bathroom space that I had to keep my kids out of. No counter space to cook. Door leading from living space does not have screen on it, couldn’t leave it open for air for fear of my toddler getting out on the balcony on his own. Unit faces parking lot and back of restaurants- had car lights shining into our room all night because parking was right in front of windows. Building itself is in need of repair.

Got the job done

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, central location. Wood pellet stove is powerful, but very difficult to control the temperature (like many of these condos). Exterior of the building looks pretty long in the tooth. The main bed was quite comfortable, but the bunk is a bit short and the bottom futon mattress was basically unusable for a sober adult over the age of 35 in terms of its comfort. Shower setup was a bit unusual, but water was nice and hot. Kitchen was good. Unit is well-lit and overall comfortable.

The bunk bed in the unit was a bit strange and using it as a sofa one can easily hit there head while getting up like I did. The biggest issue I had was when I got there the cable and internet was not working. I called and they were responsive and came out the next day to fix them. Sadly only the cable was fixed and we were left with no internet for the whole weekend. I had to use my own phones hotspot to get by. No amount of resetting the router helped.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Reservations made it really easy to check-in, even arriving in town late at night. Their after-hours lockbox was stress free. The condo is clean and I could see it sleeping 4 people without issue. Cozy-sized. Just what you need. Loved how close it was to the slopes, less than a 10 minute drive. Walkable to the Smoketree spa too. We weren't able to connect to the wifi while there but for only two nights we didn't bring it up. Could maybe use a lamp in the living room as an alternative to fluorescents. Great for a weekend.
