La cubierta frontal de la sala de estar es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse con su café de la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche.
El dormitorio principal en el piso principal tiene una cama doble y baño privado. Los dormitorios 2 y 3 tienen camas de tamaño completo y comparten un baño. El cuarto dormitorio (sofá cama de tamaño completo) en la planta baja tiene su propia entrada privada y baño. Esta cuarta habitación es una escapada perfecta para un poco de privacidad y relajación después de un día en la playa.
El espacioso nivel del suelo tiene un gran patio cubierto con una mesa de picnic, sillas y mucho espacio para relajarse. Hay una zona de césped perfecta junto a la casa para disfrutar de un juego de hoyo de maíz; con un área de patio pavimentadora para asar. También hay una ducha exterior y una manguera disponibles.

Great beach house!

We loved the location and the freshness of the house! One suggestion might be a welcome basket of goodies for that first night (especially after a long/traffic drive). It was wonderful!

Awesome beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation week at Surfside Beach. The home was beautifully updated and clean. It was exactly as described and was only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect Beach House

Ebenezer is a great home!

Our stay was wonderful! The only complaint, maybe it’s more of a suggestion, would be to have the basement room set up as a fourth bedroom with an actual bed…fold out sofa was not comfortable for sleeping at all. Other than that we had a great time. Will definitely stay here again if I get back to Surfside in the future.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this house! It is nicely remodeled and offered plenty of space for our family. The location is great, right down the street from the beach access and right in between the Surfside and Garden City piers. The owners stocked the house with every kitchen gadget you can think of including a griddle and crock pot. It was also nice to have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to borrow! We cannot wait to plan our next visit back to this house!

Everything you need for a great beach vacation

Property was cute with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. There was a grill and ample outdoor space. Close to beach, but I recommend the golf cart for hauling stuff and easy parking. Beach gear was a huge benefit. (We only found one umbrella, so if you need a lot of shade at the beach like we do, bring an extra from home.) Communication was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great July 4th week at the Ebenezer, Surfside

Our family had the best time at this property. It was very clean upon our arrival and nicely updated! It was so convenient to have all of the linens provided; all we had to bring was our beach towels. We ordered ahead and had our groceries delivered from Walmart. The location is very close to the beach. All we had to do was load up the golf cart with the chairs provided and head there for relaxing days in the sun. We would definitely recommend the Ebenezer!

Location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ebenezer. Literally a block from the ocean where we spent many hours playing in the waves and taking long walks to the pier. So convenient to other activities as well - golf course, mini-golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was cozy and fit our family of 8 just fine. A little more detail to the cleaning before we arrived would have put our stay in the 5 star category. John and Cathy were appreciative of our comments in that regard and were very responsive any time we reached out to them.

Great Vacation

Nice 3 bedroom place with plenty of room for everyone. Additional room and bathroom located down stairs. Loved the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the beach umbrellas as tents on the beach are only allowed in certain areas. Only thing I would change about the place is when entering house the porch/deck isn’t very wide, you have to step back down or stretch up to open then go up stairs. Would’ve liked a wider deck they. Would definitely rent again though.

Beautiful place, great stay!!

This is a beautifully decorated and very well maintained place. It's close to the beach and has everything you'll need. The golf cart was an awesome convenience and worth the money. We went to nearby ice cream shops and restaurants and could even make a run to the grocery store. We came to MB for a baseball tournament for our son. The downstairs room and bathroom was perfect to give him some privacy from his younger sister and grandfather. We were about 15 mins from the stadium, depending on traffic, and that let us enjoy a little beach time and catch the games. Depending on the schedule, we could even come home between games so our son could shower and cool off. We really liked the family friendly vibe of Surfside Beach. There are some cute shops nearby, but it's not far to a regular mall, outlets, and Broadway on the Beach. We could even see some of the fireworks they had at the beach on the 4th of July from the front window! We had a great trip and would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful house in wonderful neighborhood

We loved this house. It was clean and bright, felt brand new and loved the decor. The house has EVERYTHING you need, from kitchen supplies to beach gear. All you need are a beach towel and your own paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins). We are two adults and two small children and visited during spring break. I wish we stayed an extra week! The town is so lovely, quiet and convenient. My husband used the ground-level room as an office for a couple of days. We brought our own folding table for him. Internet was totally sufficient. Cathy was wonderful to communicate with, everything is well thought out for ease of use. We loved the golf cart rental. So fun to ride around town and get all the gear to the beach with small children. There’s plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed fishing at the pier (found a pod of starfish at the beach next to the pier), Brookgreen Gardens (we went twice as tickets are good for a week) Tidal Creek Brewhouse, biking, the beach, local playgrounds and a drive into Myrtle (not our favorite). Highly recommend this house. We could easily bring my parents and still have plenty of space.

This home is beautifully and tastefully renovated ! The kitchen is VERY WELL stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook! The location is PERFECT and a very short walk to the beach! The house is extremely clean and the owner is VERY responsive with any questions! I definitely recommend this property and will be saving for future visits!

Great spot very close to the beach

This property was great! It was so close to the beach and the walk to the beach became one of our favorite daily activities. The home was a little smaller than we expected but overall it had everything we need. The communication with the property manager was really good. Some extra things outside of the usual VRBO stuff but good.

Fun week at the beach!

Everyone from my 84 year old mother to my 7 year old granddaughter loved calling this Surfside home our own for the week. Very clean and well equipped! We especially enjoyed renting the golf cart - it was great for hauling all our miscellaneous stuff to the beach and not having to deal with paying for parking was a nice little bonus.

Perfect house to enjoy the beach!

Awesome place! Golf cart being on site was such a bonus! Beach toys included made everything so convenient! Downstairs hang out is a great set up!

We fell in love with this neighborhood the moment we saw it. Melody Lane in Surfside Beach has the perfect mix of quiet charm and beachside convenience. Nestled just a short 3-minute walk from the ocean, it’s close enough to enjoy the soothing sound of waves yet tucked away enough to avoid the crowds and noise.

From the moment you arrive, there’s a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Neighbors wave hello, kids ride bikes down the quiet streets, and everyone seems to be on beach time.

What we enjoy most about the area is how walkable and laid-back it is. You can take a peaceful morning stroll to grab coffee, enjoy dinner at a nearby local restaurant, or head down to the sand for a sunset walk. Everything you need is nearby, but it never feels hectic.

There’s a real sense of community here, which is why Surfside is known as “The Family Beach.” Whether it’s grilling out in the backyard, relaxing on the deck, or playing a game of cornhole after a beach day, the neighborhood invites you to slow down and make memories.

The separate lower-level bedroom with private entrance and bath offers a peaceful retreat—perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who wants a little extra privacy.

Outside, the deck, patio, and yard give you room to relax, grill, and play, with fun extras like corn hole and a covered picnic area. And if you want to explore, the beach is just a short walk away—or hop in the available golf cart rental for an easy ride around Surfside.
