Come and stay with us in our peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home-away-from-home. It's fully furnished and stocked with everything you and your party need for a great vacation! With plenty of space, updated furnishings and a great porch for sitting, you and your guests have a stress-free stay. Centrally located, Asheville and the surrounding areas are never far away. Come and explore our mountains!

Our home offers three bedrooms, two baths and a powder room for guest use. Washer and dryer are also available for guest use, along with scent-free detergent and dryer sheets. Our home offers everything to make your stay comfortable, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, plenty of clean, white linens and a fully furnished kitchen. Our kitchen has updated granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking implements you could need.

Asheville has so much to offer travelers of all ages and skill level. Spend an afternoon strolling through the WNC Nature Center or the Asheville Botanical Gardens. Find a trail to hike or reserve a white water rafting trip down the French Broad River. Be sure to stop by Asheville's most famous attraction, the Biltmore House, just a short 10 minute drive. The Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor's Center is 7 minutes away and a great place to kick off your vacation in Asheville!

This house was perfect for our stay and the host were amazing. The decor was beautiful in each room and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great rental in a convenient location

Visited Asheville for a family reunion so the location worked for us perfectly. Cute neighborhood with well kept up homes. Home was clean and well managed. All bedrooms are upstairs. There were 5 in our party and the downstairs area handled us all, but just. But all of us were rarely there at one time. Fenced in back yard was a big plus for us.Great stay! Thank you.

Open Concept

Pet friendly, fully stocked with Keurig coffee, spacious with open concept, and clean. Easy access, but Google needs to update map to include I-70 to return to the house, took us the long way around.

House was well equipped and spotless. The fenced yard was perfect for our Brittany. Only 15 minutes from black mountain and 20 from Asheville

Close to Outdoor Activities

I came into town to visit my daughter during her College Spring Break and this property was just a few minutes from her campus (Warren Wilson College). It was 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, 10 mins to Black Mountain, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Nature Center, and all the amenities you'd need (Ingles)! The home was cosy, well planned and thought out, and please note -- you will not need a corkscrew (this is something I always miss at a rental, but this was covered)! The beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows, throws for the couches, even reusable water bottles and coffee cups. Loved this place - would definitely return!

Very pleased with our experience!

This home was perfect for our family! It was very clean and nicely decorated, and very well stocked with plenty of items that made it feel like a home and not a rental. And I mean VERY WELL STOCKED! You name it, the home had it. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Plenty of toilet paper. Hand soaps. Kitchen items such as cleaning sprays, paper towels, dish soaps. Coffee pods, creamers, Splenda, sugar. Spices in the pantry. Plastic wrap, ziplock bags, foil, etc. Laundry pods and dryer sheets. I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but you get the point I’m sure! Those items were all incredibly useful and saved us a lot of money by not having to buy them. There is a tv downstairs and in every bedroom room, as well as white noise machines. Plenty of games, movies, books, etc. available. The home was very comfortable and decorated nicely. It is located close to everything. The property manager was always available to us with any questions we had, and even allowed us a slightly later checkout which was incredibly appreciated! We will definitely plan to stay at this home again the next time we are in Asheville!

Great house

The house was clean and well stocked with extras. The owners were very helpful with suggestions on things to do in the Asheville area. Overall, great location, great house, we’d stay here again.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Jon’s home! It was a perfect location and the host was so accommodating when the baseball tournament we were coming to town for was delayed due to rain. The house was spacious and clean and so well stocked. We forgot to pack sound machines and were so pleasantly surprised to find them in all the bedrooms. We hope to return and bring our pup along next time!
