Maple Leaf Lodge/ Hot Tub, Fenced, Summer Pool

Welcome to Maple Leaf Lodge. Located near the north shore of Lake Wenatchee between Leavenworth Village and Steven's Pass, our family mountain retreat on one acre is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We have a private swimming pool open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day Weekend through end of September. A covered six-person private hot tub is open for relaxation year-round AND a huge fully fenced large backyard, so lot of space for the dogs to run.

Our casually furnished three-bedroom home is set up well for families or 3 couples. Due to local regulation, our occupancy limit is firm at 6 people including children and babies. The finishes and decor are clean and comfortable, not fussy. For your baby's comfort, we have a pack and play, portable highchair, and baby gate available.

Our home has a large driveway for off-street parking and has room for a boat trailer. Two spaces under the deck are covered, so no need for scraping car windows in the winter.

Entering the home on the lower level, you will find a small family room with wood stove, a large bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, ski storage and a boot dryer. Upstairs, the open plan living space has its own wood stove. The kitchen is well equipped, and the adjacent dining table is large. A covered front deck extends the living area outdoors in the summer and has a propane BBQ and picnic table for dining al fresco. The master suite feels private and features a king size bed, French doors that lead out to the back deck and bathroom with shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a cozy feel with twin beds, wainscot walls and is next to the second full bathroom.

In the fully fenced back yard, you'll find our large 20' X 36' seasonal pool (open summer only) with a diving board and ladder on the deep end and stairs leading into the shallow end. The water is heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees. Lounge chairs are available for your relaxation on the poolside patio. A six-person hot tub on the covered back deck is open year-round.

In the area, summer activities abound. World class hiking and mountain biking trails take you to beautiful alpine waterfalls and lakes. You'll find rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, boating, fishing, golf, dirt biking, river tubing and sightseeing in the immediate vicinity or within a 30-minute radius.

Wintertime, this home is great for skiers. Located only 30 minutes from Steven's Pass Ski Resort, you won't miss first tracks. For variety, Mission Ridge Ski and Snowboard Resort is an 80-minute drive East. Sledding hills, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobile trails are nearby in Lake Wenatchee snow parks.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months when ice/snow are on the ground that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the plow subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
