This home is designed to maximize the views over the course and take full advantage of all day sun. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing on the deck to the sounds of birds chirping.

The home is designed with a formal lounge, open plan family/dining/kitchen areas, 3-4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is tastefully furnished and extremely well appointed.

The master bedroom with ensuite has a King size bed, television, walk in wardrobe and lovely views across the the golf course. The ensuite has a separate toilet, shower, vanity and heated towel rails. The second and third bedroom have queen size beds. The 4th bedroom has a very comfortable sofa bed, television, gas fire. All bedrooms have heating

The formal lounge is a nice room for a quiet read, furnished with a three seater and two seater settees and a large rectangular coffee table, television DVD player with a selection of DVD's.

The open plan family/dining/kitchen area has large bi-fold doors that open onto a deck from where you can relax on sun loungers and watch the golfers across the lake.

The kitchen is separated from the dining area by an island sink bench/breakfast bar, and is well equipped.

Located within a sanctuary means you can wake from a blissful slumber and enjoy a cuppa surrounded by birdsong and beauty. Lakes Resort is a gated community, and the day is yours to enjoy the shared swimming pool, gym, and tennis court. For the avid golfer, the fairway is literally on your doorstep!

The local shops, restaurants and beautiful white sand beach of Paunaui are only a short five-minute drive away. Or for a full day out, why not head 30 minutes to world-famous Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove, a trip perfectly topped off with a locally crafted beer and wood-fired pizza at Hahei’s The Pour House.
