WELCOME!
Make your way inside this glamorous, turn-of-the-century modern redesigned home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entryway leading to your home away from home.

LIVING ROOM
Walk into the sun-filled living area with a large modular sectional lounge that surrounds the wall-mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn.

KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3-course family dinner with a large oven and gas cooktop, a full-size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Enjoy your morning coffee at the island while watching the chef cook up a brilliant breakfast!

DINING
Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests, along with a highchair so the little one can join the fun. The open floor plan allows the teens their own conversation while dining at the kitchen island.

2ND FLOOR BEDS/BATHS
Take the stairs up to the second floor and find the first elegant master bedroom with a luxuriously large king bed and plenty of room to stretch out.

The next second-floor bedroom features a cozy trundle bed with hotel-quality linens and pillows that pulls out into two single beds for additional sleeping for two.

The upstairs bedrooms share two full baths that come stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels. The first is a sparkling central bathroom where you can take a nice shower or relaxing bubble bath.

The lovely third bedroom is also equipped with a generously-sized King bed, plus a Pack n' Play for a restful night's sleep for the little ones.

And last but certainly not least is the largest bedroom with a luxurious King bed, a nice crib for the and a crib for the smallest in the family, plus a huge connected spa-worthy ensuite bathroom with his and hers vanity, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

The Neighborhood:
The house is set in the beautiful Tower Grove South neighborhood, anchored by the South Grand Dining and Shopping District. Locals and visitors alike flock to this vibrant district with plenty of cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques. Plus, you're just blocks away from the world-famous Tower Grove Park with lots of fun activities, including a Farmers' Market, Food Truck Fridays, and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
