Condo 311 is a beautiful two-bedroom luxury San Felipe Vacation Rental located near the center of the gated El Dorado Ranch Community, with the community pool directly across the street and the larger La Palapa Pool close by.

The home features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with bistro-style seating. The main living room has soaring ceilings, a modern wrap-around sofa, a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, a fireplace, and a built-in wet bar. The formal dining area has a long wood plank table seating six. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, private patio access, and a master bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and his-and-her sinks.

The second bedroom also has a king bed and flat-screen TV, steps from the family bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The private patio overlooks the golf course. Guests have access to community pools, golf, tennis courts, and on-site restaurants. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away. NO PETS ALLOWED. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
