Upscale San Felipe Vacation Villa 41-1
This San Felipe villa was built with accessibility and comfort in mind, it is just a short walk to the beach, and short walk to one of three swimming pools you will have access to use during your stay. There are beautiful landscaped paths meandering down to the beach and pool. Walk a little further to the second swimming of three swimming pool, and here you will find the La Palapa pool which has an adjacent bar & grill. And yes, you can spoil yourself and order drinks and meals pool side. This is a fantastic location!
You will feel completely secure in our gated resort with 24x7 patrolled security. The guards are friendly and happy to answer questions.
Villa is 10 minute drive to downtown where you fill find Calimax grocery store as well as Bodega Aurrera grocery store - a Walmart subsidiary.
When you book we will furnish you with a full array tourist activities via our exclusive things-to-do in San Felipe website. The on-site property manager, Erick Ramirez, will will assist you with check in, and any other questions or needs during your stay.
This property could easily rent for $1,400-$1,500 a week with the location and amenities; we do not have high-end art on the wall. We have made a decision to offer an awesome location, with fantastic amenities and a very comfortable villa at a value price. We repeat this is a value oriented villa. While we can make arrangement for daily maid service, this does not come standard with the rental; there is a washer and dryer if you need to wash the towels or sheets. Please do not put mattress covers in the dryer they will melt and shrink.
Everyone who has rented it so far has had a wonderful, affordable vacation and we hope you continue that trend.
A well respected travel website reviewed our beach and rated it very high for its cleanliness, warm water and being kid friendly. There are virtually no waives so kids of all ages can play in the beach all day long. And when the tide goes out, it's time for some clamming - a fun activity for adults ann kids.
The king bed and queen bed comfortably sleep 4 guests.
This villa is one of the few with high speed internet in house. You can keep in touch with friendly and family using your favorite internet messenger or Face Time all at no extra costs.
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival. This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
Check-in Time is 3PM - 8PM. Arrivalafter 8PM is $25 extra. This goes to cover our staff who will work after hours to check you in. Please arrive before 8PM to avoid the $25 additional fee.
This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
- BBQ stalls have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
