MAGICAL XPRESS: Private Pool & Contactless Entry

Welcome to Magical Xpress, a 5 bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom home located in a private gated golf community. If you like a colorful adventure, this home is for you! The dining room accent wall catches your eye as you enter through the foyer. Continuous pops of color engage you throughout the house creating a fun & thriving atmosphere. If that doesn't do it for you, the pool private with a peaceful view of the palm tree forest will.

On the lower level you will find a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and connection to the lower level bathroom. On the second level of the home lies the two master en suite bedrooms both with King sized beds. The final upstairs bathroom is nestled between the two themed kid's rooms. The glow of a light saber fills this Star Wars themed room while on the wall lies the masks of the Darth Side. The other room transports princesses to an imaginary palace in the sky. Beaming with color and full of fun.
Located on the edge of Lake Marion Creek Wildlife Area and close the the Huckleberry Island Trailhead, this home will bring out the adventurer in everyone. It is still within a easy drive to Walt Disney World properties and Universal.

* Starting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 , Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay. After that Providence will be charging each short-term rental guest (per person) $10.00 per day, or $40.00 per week to use the Association’s common area recreational facilities (Community Pool and Gym). That fee should be paid at the Clubhouse Front Desk in the time of using the amenities. There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

* The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES: The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the Providence Community.

Great place to stst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families staying, the heated pool (extra cost) and games room were a hit. Quite area to stay. The only suggestion is more garbage bags since they don't recycle there. Perhaps het another outdoor garbage bin.

Great stay....

Great stay close enough to everything and was clean. Nice game room and pool area. Nice gym in the neighborhood as well as pool area at clubhouse. Only complaint was game room was hot which is to be expected in a garage and the home was alittle warm with temp set at 73. The dryer does need updated it wasn't drying clothes very well at all. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the neighborhood and felt safe inside a gated community. The home was clean and comfortable enough but needs some maintenance and upkeep. The carpets are worn and stained ,especially high traffic areas like the stairs. The sofa is comfortable but is stained. The throw pillows are unhygienic since they cannot be sanitized between guests.There is no cookie sheets or large enough tray to cook fries or pizza or anything from frozen. The freezer is tiny. I recommend you look at it before heading to Publix.The bed down stairs was awful but the one on the master suite was fantastic and a king. I have a bad hip and it was a struggle because we could not use the first floor room.The pool heat was not on when we arrived. It was lovely once it was turned on. We enjoyed the pool light app.The outside dining is where we had all of our meals. It was nice. The WiFi speed was good. I work remote and was able to connect without any problems. The outside toilet was great but we had to supply toilet paper and soap. The indoor ones had a starter one.The pool guy came out and cleaned one day. If there was a skimmer left we would have done it daily.There was no hair dryer but we were able to get one the next day from Fl Spirit. Fl spirit are quick to respond and took care of the pool heat and hair dryer within 24 hours.We had a nice stay and would come back.Hopefully the road works will be finished next time. No reflection on the home but an FYI to renters. Traffic is heavy but if you follow gps to Champions Gate there are lots of restaurants and easy highway access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thouroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Magical Xpress. We arrived slightly prior to the checkin time and Florida Spirit Vacations were able to help us with the checkin in very efficiently. The home is exactly as pictured, the heated pool and gas grill a definite bonus. The garage has been converted to a games room which was put to good use.Plenty of towels, linens and pool towels were available. The home is located in a very well maintained gated community. There is a childrens playground, a clubhouse and 2 pools which you can also visit, you must check in at the clubhouse, a limit of 6 people at a time per household can use the facilities.We did have some maintenance issues and found the management company a bit slow in responding. It took a few phone calls and a few days to resolve the issues.Overall we totally enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Good house, needs better upkeep

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for a getaway. Plenty of space for a family and close enough to nearby attractions. However, several items need to be addressed to make this a five star "magical xpress". The glass on the outdoor grill is missing, which makes grilling challenging for a propane setup. Speaking of which, the policy of refilling the propane is the responsibility of the vacationing person(s) is ridiculous. The water filter in the fridge was expired, so using the ice maker or water dispenser is not ideal. There are missing and broken blinds on the back patio sliding glass door. The return intake for the HVAC needs to be cleaned, it looks disgusting in an otherwise clean house. There was only one trash bag provided, even though the welcome email state two or three bags would be left. Only one dish towel in the kitchen, a couple more would be accommodating. Lastly, we had a ton of gnats/small flies downstairs. We think they were getting in from the bathroom, but it is very annoying and not pleasant when eating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a good house. There were only a few issues. The dryer as not connected to the wall in order for the heat to blow out. This made it hard to do laundry during the day being that it was hot. We had to wait until late at night. The bigger issue was that our stay was for 6 nights, Sunday-Saturday and the wifi went out on Thursday and never came back on. This was a issue especially being that we had older kids who brought their video game with them and they needed the internet in order to play. Contacted the rental manager and their response was to try and reboot it. However, that did not work.

We ate really hoping this house is available next April when we travel again, only next time we will stay for 10 days! The pool was so warm, it was actually fun to be in the pool.

Needed a break!

We just needed a quick getaway and the house was perfect for what we needed. Four bathrooms, swimming pool, pool table and a big kitchen for a family breakfast were the highlights on the house.
