Welcome to Solterra Resort's Gamester's Paradise, nestled in the heart of Solterra, a block away from the club house and just 12.2 miles from Disney. A newly renovated, freshly painted interior and updated house in 2022, complete with new Mandalorian, Harry Potter and Disney Princess themed rooms and game rooms(plural). Enjoy playing on a new Xbox S console up stairs on the projector screen in the theater room, or on the brand new 32" Infinity table in the Theater room that has up to 64 classic Hasbro board games like Candy land, Monopoly, Clue, Sorry, Battleship, etc. in an electronic format that can be played both locally or with other players around the world online. Or check out Flynn's arcade and play Tron, NBA Jam, Star Wars video pinball or one of 640 classic and super Nintendo console games in the air conditioned garage arcade. Enjoy Spectrum cable provided or other streaming services such as Disney+ on the new 4k 65" TV in the main floor living room, or in whatever bedroom you choose to stay in, via the attached Roku devices. You may also stream both cable channels and Disney+ from the Xbox on the projector in the Theater room. The house is also well equipped with WIFI extenders through out, to provide the strongest and best Wi-fi signal for all of your cell phones and devices from anywhere in the house, with speeds of up to 200Mbps even on the pool deck, make this a house that is easy to work from.


If you get bored inside, Enjoy the luxury of taking a dip in the house's screened in private pool and spa outback. You may add heat to the pool for an extra $35/night. You can also walk a block away and enjoy the large zero entry community pool with a water slide that is open during the day, another hot tub, or a long ride on the lazy river. Need a workout, head on over to the club house and use the fitness center, or bring your tennis racquets and play on the tennis courts, or your volleyball and play in the sand volleyball pit. Kids will also enjoy the play ground that is next to the pool.


Whether they're 5 or 25, every girl will want to stay in their own Disney princess Themed room that has 2 twin beds and its own TV with Roku, next to its own bathroom. And every boy will want to stay in a Mandolorian Themed room that has a bunk bed with a double size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed up top, and its own TV with Roku, THIS IS THE WAY. The older, more wizardly world kids will love the Harry Potter room with a Queen sized bed and its own TV with Roku.
The master suite and junior master suites upstairs both have king size beds, TV's with Roku and their own private en suite bathrooms. The guest bedroom on the main level is right next to the main level bathroom that has a full tub and shower and has a King size bed and a TV with Roku.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.


What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
