Welcome to the Michelle Sylvia Coastal Collection, where luxury meets the natural beauty of Cape Cod. This stunning waterfront home in Marston’s Mills offers breathtaking views of Prince Cove and features its own private deep-water dock, complete with power and water—perfect for boating enthusiasts.

Relax in the beautifully landscaped pool area, featuring a hot tub, and enjoy cozy evenings around one of two fire pits. A newly built-in grill area by the pool and an additional gas grill ensure effortless entertaining. Multiple decks offer panoramic views of the water, making this home ideal for outdoor living.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with ample seating, a comfortable den with a TV and water views, and a living room that invites relaxation. The main level includes two bedrooms (king and queen) and two full baths. The lower level, with full-size windows, offers a second TV room, three more bedrooms (queen, 3 twins, queen), and two additional full baths. This home has A/C, a washer and dryer, and expansive upper and lower decks to capture the refreshing ocean breeze—perfect for family gatherings or group getaways.

Located just minutes from a supermarket and close to a public boat ramp, the home also offers access to Nantucket Sound—ideal for day trips to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.

Amenities include a hot tub, outdoor shower, beach pass, towels, chairs, two grills, fire pits, coffee makers, linens, and a starter supply of essentials for your stay. *****Please note: the pool closes at the end of September.
Pool is 42 feet long and is 33 inches at the shallow end and 7 1/2 feet deep at the deep end.

Very pleased

The staff was great. From booking to questions Michelle Sylvia was great. The property was beautiful. Clean and was equipped with everything you may need. My daughter tore her doll and my wife found needle and thread and fixed her doll. The whole experience was great and exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful family vacation!

Fantastic space for multigenerational family vacation! We had 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 3 kids in the group. There was MORE than enough space for everyone to spread out. 3 living rooms! 2 full dining tables plus a bar area. TVs everywhere. Gorgeous lake out back with huge picture windows. Pool and hottub are magical. Location is convenient to everything, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything is exactly as described. I cannot say enought good things about this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space for us, adult kids, significant others, and grandkids. There’s a lot of closet and drawer space, too! The pool area has seating for everyone and the kitchen is well-equipped for the times we didn’t eat out. Enough towels for pool and baths/showers and no waiting for bathrooms! Add in gorgeous views of the water and visiting sea birds, convenience to great ice cream and you get the ideal place to use as a landing pad between outings or simply stay all day by the pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: this is by far the best cape house we have stayed in. pool and hot tub were wonderful. the dock was great for swimming and taking our small dinghy out. we didn't kayak or paddleboard but could have done that too! comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out and get comfortable for a large multifamily vacation. pool heat stopped working one day and the team was very quick to get it fixed. we will be back!

Definitely Could Have Been Better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you spend your limited family vacation time and money on what is billed as a luxury rental, you want it to be hassle free. Unfortunately that was not our experience with this home. Some of the issues we had with our stay were fixed and some were not, but it was an inconvenience throughout. One toilet was broken to the point of being unusable (never fixed), the dishwasher was broken (fixed after a few days), the pool table umbrella was broken (replaced after a few days) and the kitchen was poorly stocked. We were told that the issues stemmed from a long-term renter leaving the day before our stay. To my mind, the homeowner should have either been more aware that issues are likely after a long term rental and left more time between the long-term renter and the summer rental season or should have discounted our stay for not receiving the home as advertised and paid for. He choose to do neither. Otherwise, the home is in a lovely residential location on Prince Cove.

Dear Joanne, Sorry to hear about your issues below. The home was newly stocked for your stay with new towels, sheets, kitchen items and microwave. I am sorry if a few of those items arrived after check in. I ordered a new umbrella for the home and Wayfair had a shipping delay resulting in 2 days with no umbrella. The owner added a new fire pit and outdoor shower for the 2023 season. The dishwasher did work but needed a small part, that was replaced and out of 4 full bathrooms we did have a toilet issue but the sink, shower and tub in that bathroom were operable. Family gathering

Family gathering of 6 adults. Great house for comfort and personal space. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Michelle was a wealth of knowledge and help. She Mae it the best experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family vacation

My family, including 8 adults and 2 infants, stayed in this beautiful property last week. It was fantastic in all regards. The location on the water was perfect for kayaking and boating; the pool and hot tub were luxurious; and the house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was like staying in a five star resort for a week. We can't wait to go back next summer!

Lovely home right on the water. Close to a number of beaches and dining/take out food options. We celebrated my twin grandchildren’s 5th Birthday and very much enjoyed our stay! Thanks for the welcome beach buckets for the kids.

Great views of Prince Harbor

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of room to spread out and the pool and dock kept our teenagers outside having fun. Convenient location to both Marston Mills and Osterville. We appreciated that Michelle was readily available for any questions and made sure everything was ok during stay.

Wonderful house for family reunion

Our kids and grandkids joined us for a few days at this house. It was a wonderful experience. The house is fantastic, has wonderful views, and lots of space. The heated pool was the icing on the cake for us! My grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing from the dock.

Marston Mills house

Stayed here with 7 adults and 5 teens. Great location, water access for our rental boat. Very well kept property. Didn’t exactly fit our sleeping needs but we made it work. Best feature is the heated pool and hot tub. Gorgeous grounds and pool.

Peaceful Cape escape

This property was an outstanding escape from the city for us. The house is amazing, and the amenities and views were such a pleasure. The management company was responsive. We could not have asked for a better location to recover and relax.

Perfect Summer Family Vacation!

Amazing is an understatement! This house had everything we needed and more to have the perfect family vacation. We enjoyed coffee on our private dock, cooked as a family in the huge kitchen, enjoyed swimming in the pool all afternoon and then relaxed under the stars in the hot tub. The beach was a short ride away and immaculately clean. We had more than enough room for the whole family to be together and enjoy games inside and out. Thank you for all of the wonderful new memories and a special thank you to Michelle Sylvia. She was available, responsive and a terrific hostess. As first time visitors to Cape Cod, we can’t wait to return and make even more memories!
