Great place, super private too which is a big plus. Property is nice and large, bedrooms are perfect for groups of friends or families!

Few little issues. But, they were addressed to the contact. Great communication from the host. Great location. Just wish the balcony would have been open to use. Saw several deer on the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there

Nice private home

Very spacious rooms, great location, private area and has a pool and other amenities. House was clean and accommodated all our guests. Would highly recommend for large families or groups that need to be close to the Suwanee/Buford area.

Imagine our surprise to find this house tucked away in the bustling city of Suwannee. Great location, great clean house with a great pool! Lots of room for privacy. We will definitely stay here again!

Secluded Getaway with City Nearby

This villa was amazing. My wife and I wanted a place where we could disconnect from the busy life, but be close to the resources that a city provides. It very peaceful. All the amenities were amazing, especially the pool area. We will definitely be going back there.

Exceptional experience

Six of us “ladies” just returned home from a wonderful stay at this property. The house was large and had everything we needed for a much needed summer getaway! We were extremely impressed with the pool. The pool was large, clean and perfect for these old ladies to relax and play in. Ronnie was so helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. We’ll definitely book this property again!

Perfect for family

We are 3 generations and enjoyed having this home to visit. We particularly enjoyed the pool and covered patio. Ronnie was very prompt in responding to questions and information. Justin was also very attentive. We appreciate their quick response. Our grandchildren enjoyed the ping pong table as well.

Loved This Property!

The house and property are gorgeous, and we loved the pool. We were in the area for the PG Baseball World Series. We enjoyed coming back to the house everyday and relaxing in the pool. Because the property is somewhat secluded, we had plenty of privacy. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we saw deer in the wooded areas nearly everyday. We also loved the ping pong table. We would love to stay here again. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this special place with us.

Pool not working

Not a good stay. First arrived pool was not working. No WiFi or tv not even able to hook up to any media on TVs. Coffee pot terrible. Towels need upgrading and entire house was decorated in Christmas stuff and it was Memorial Day weekend 2025 when I went. I have sent an email regarding all these items and so far they have refunded me 300 for pool not work. Place was very expensive and Ubers had a difficult time finding the house.

From the owner: We are sorry you had an issue during your stay. We are so sorry about the inconvenience regarding the pool. Your check-in date was the beginning of the season for the pool. We just reopened the pool, and we had some issues with the pool pump. The pool technician was not available due to the holiday and the long weekend. We offered a full refund before you checked in if you would like to cancel, and a partial refund for the second option, to compensate for the pool not working. You chose the second option, and we thought you were happy with that.Our family is Christmas enthusiasts and really like the Christmas ornaments and decorations. We will take your concerns into account and will adjust accordingly. Thank you for your input.We always try to be fair to our guests to make their stay pleasant and enjoyable. Once again, we apologize for any inconveniences and always do our best to make our guests stay happy and memorable.Thank you, and have a great day.

Fun - Exactly what we expected & hoped for

We had a group of golfers visit Atlanta for the weekend. The property was as described. Ronnie/property manager were very quick to respond when we had a request for adjusting the Air Conditioning (it worked great by the way, in the middle of Summer). They also provided entry instructions & other house info well ahead of time. It was perfect for our group to have ahead of our arrival. WiFi worked well; it was sometimes spotty for us, but I think that was because we had 10 people on it at same time for a fantasy football draft. Game room was an awesome time; I think this was the best Ping Pong table we could have asked for. And the Pool was a real fun time; nice backyard vibe. Not to mention, shooting hoops in the driveway (on a pro-like hoop) was a great time, too. Thanks again, Ronnie & co. We had a great time and would recommend this to groups looking to have a nice little retreat in NE Atlanta area.
