Our group of 7 stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend as my parents house won't sleep all of us (they live in LBK). The couches and dining table were comfy and spacious for our larger group. The house was very clean and tidy. Half of our group thought the beds were comfortable and the other half thought they were too firm. The heater works well and the keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze.
I had envisioned my parents coming over to the rental as there was more kitchen and dining space. We ended up all crowding into my parents house as this house wasn't "stocked with everything you need to cook." There were the very basics including pots, pans, knife, cutting board, utensils and measuring spoons. There isn't a single spice, condiment, or oil to be found in the house. You'd need to bring your own little stash or buy it while in town. I don't necessarily expect a VRBO to have a well stocked spice cabinet, but the wording on the description should be changed.
Like I said, the house was tidy and neatly decorated, but it felt a little cold--no rugs or lamps. There was only one kitchen towel (but they want you to have all dishes cleaned and put away before you leave). Additionally, the windows need some kind of window treatments. The street lights shine right into the several of the bedrooms.
Overall, I'd stay here again because it's one of the few houses that can come close to seating as many people as it can sleep and it was very clean. It's a good price point and I also appreciate not having a laundry list of checkout procedures.
