Luxury, magnificent views, space and swimming pool

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses sitting high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. This position provides unobstructed ocean views from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi Unit 1 which is set over three levels, comfortably sleeps six in the three bedrooms. Watch whales during the season from your own deck.

The unit has beautiful hardwood timber floors, European appliances, gas BBQ, and WIFI. Being North facing and architecturally designed, Warragi Unit 1 takes full advantage of the spectacular views and the bi-fold doors open onto spacious decks, with the large patio off the master bedroom a bonus parent retreat, perfectly capturing the summer breezes.
Please note access to the town house is via a flight of stairs which brings you to the middle level consisting of the kitchen, dining and living, and that there are two internal staircases,.one in each direction from this level.

Master bedroom on the lower level has a King bed, ensuite with spa and outdoor undercover area
Bedroom 2 on the top floor has a Queen bed, ensuite and views from its own balcony
Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed and is also located on the lower level.

The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

This townhouse has a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy.

A magnificent Townhouse in a wonderful location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location in a townhouse that oozes charm, family vibe and happiness. Little touches mean a lot. Wi-Fi, some television subscriptions and beautiful liquid soaps and spa ingredients top off what is a magnificent apartment. Hard to fault this holiday destination. Swam every day in the recently upgraded pool. Watched Whales from every level. Enjoyed the spacious living space and functional kitchen. Very comfortable and clean. The extensive dvd library was very much appreciated but we were never too far from the view to watch. Quality appliances throughout. This is a brilliant place to holiday. You can tell the owners are beautiful people and care.

The only criticism could be that the sliding windows and doors rattled in the wind and some of the windows had broken fittings so they couldn't be opened.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location with close access to Adder Rock and Cylinder Beach. Beautiful views from all rooms, especially the top deck. The home has all the gear you need to a long stay if doing some of your own cooking and with aircons in all the rooms very comfortable. Would be more than happy to visit again.

The coach prob needs replacing as it has stains on it and wasn’t super comfortable to sit on but the rest of the unit and its supplies were great.

Lots of room in indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is set up extremely well with everything you need. The pool is handy. Great week on Straddie in a great spot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking forward to this holiday with family for many months in advance. The property is in a great spot with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Garden surrounds were well looked after and maintained.The layout of the property was great, with two bedrooms downstairs and another self contained queen room and ensuite upstairs which opens onto the floor below which houses the spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen.Unfortunately when trying to prepare dinner on the first night, we discovered the oven was not working. Called the agents who apologised for not letting us know that this was the case. (Not happy with the non disclosure of what was an important factor) We then tried to use the BBQ and almost smoked the property out as it had not been cleaned properly.Was told that we could be given an air fryer to use, but we had already sourced on from a friend who lived on the island, and was told that the microwave was also a convection oven too. It was a shame that the markings to show how to use it had worn off the item, rendering it useless.The lovely looking off white large lounge, was filthy and was covered with a few beige throw rugs to disguise the badly marked and dirty seating and when I spoke to the letting agent was told that it had been planned to be cleaned before we arrived, but the cleaner could not do the job before we took up residence due to a personal matter, so it was left in a very dirty and unsightly state for us.The drawers in the kitchen which contained the utensils were not cleaned properly, with black marks and droppings of burnt food off the utensils meaning I had to rewash the utensils before I could use them.Over all a lovely home, left in an unacceptable state to welcome guests. At over $3,500 for a 6 night stay, I was very disappointed indeed. I spoke to the letting agent and showed photos of the various issues I had with this property, and he kindly agreed to a parti

Great view & broken toilet.

Great place to stay, excellent view, very comfortable for three older couples. Well equipped kitchen. However, maintenance issues with the plumbing took the gloss off our stay. One of the toilets ceased to function during our stay and required the cistern to be filled manually with a saucepan from the vanity tap in order to flush the toilet. And this was the toilet on the top floor. Another toilet also had a broken flush button, but worked well enough to not cause a major problem. A call to the property agent about the problems proved to be a waste of time. They need to do better!

Great location

Excellent location with water views from all three levels. Could see whales out on the water. Kitchen facilities all worked well. Need to pack your own bin bags and no shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided. Would highly recommend if you are travelling without pets (no pets allowed).

The amenities, rooms and space was fantastic with A1 views and comfy bedding. An easy walk to the wonderful Kokomo restaurant down the road and a few minutes drive to amenities / shops. With easy access to spectacular beaches & tracks we will definitely be coming back to visit again. Thank you for having us.

Booked far ahead and unfortunately it rained for 6 days out of the week’s stay, that’s life.😊😊Outside upstairs the furniture should be replaced as it’s been in the weather to long....otherwise this apartment is fantastic.
