Although some parts of the property are a bit dated (bathroom, bedroom) The main living area and kitchen and back porch on the ocean are just amazing! Our kids took advantage of the kayak that is included and loved it! There is also the front Barbecue area, outdoor shower, plenty of dining areas, etc. One of our all time favorite beach stays for sure!

Perfect beach holiday

Our stay at 'Beach at your feet' was everything that we could have hoped for. The view is spectacular and the backyard access to the patrolled beach was enjoyed by the whole family. The owners very kindly provide boogie boards and a kayak which our boys loved. There was also plenty of wood for the fire which was great for keeping the place warm in the evening. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect. Exactly what we needed

We felt like millionaires for a few days. Magnificent location. Spectacularly sunrises. We were able to forget about reality and just soak up the rays and sea breeze. Nothing but complete relaxation. And turtles!!!

Great place had everything

We stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and the apartment was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need or want, I loved that there was a washing machine but the outside line was not under cover and there was no portable air drying rack and it was raining so it was impossible for us to dry our clothes. The fact that they had kids toys and books was fantastic so my littlies had their own dedicated drawers were they could touch things meant they stayed out of everything else. The only other improvement that we would suggest is that a new shower head is definitely needed. We would definitely stay here again though.

The view is spectacular and as the name says, the beach is right at your feet. However, the properties next door are undergoing major renovations and the serenity is broken with power tools starting around 8am. Not very relaxing outside either with trades people working out there. The stairs getting down to the beach need urgent attention as weather has eroded them to a poor condition. Elderly or less mobile folks would probably struggle to use them. The property is a little dated with one bathroom and seperate toilet. Worked fine for us as a couple but not sure how larger groups would manage. Could do with providing a few more staples such as salt and pepper, paper towels, and even a spare toilet roll. Overall the view is stunning so I would still recommend just for the location.

One of the best holiday destinations we have stayed in Qld.

My family and I loved this little bit of heaven on the beautiful Bargara Coast. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could ever need and thoughtfully set out. The view was amazing and location perfect with the shops a short walk away. Can't wait to visit again.

Definitely Beach at your feet

Leaving was the hardest part about this stay. Hopefully the word doesn't get out so we don't have too much trouble booking for another stay.

Amazing Beach house

I put in a request to rent this beach townhouse and heard back very quickly that our booking was accepted. Beautifully situated in a quiet and private location directly overlooking the beach with a great outdoor seating area, as two couples we really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. There is only one bathroom but it has a great shower and is bright and newly renovated. There is a separate toilet so that works well with 2 couples sharing.

Blissful Beach at Your Feet

The only issue we had was with HomeAway always displaying errors and not allowing me to access details of the booking after I had paid. This was a little stressful. Other than this, Beach at your Feet is pure bliss.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. It is exactly as advertised. The place has everything you need, including a sandy beach at your feet, lovely walk to the shops or dinner. Plenty of activities to keep you occupied, even for a quiet relaxing day staying indoors.

Holiday Stay

The property met our needs but it had a number of issues. The property was not cleaned to it’s full potential (outside table was very dirty) and wine glasses needed to be washed before using. There were heaps of things broken or not working - DVD player, lights, paddle and a few other smaller issues. The property met our needs but the Property ammenities needs to be changed to meet what is actually in the property.

Great overall

The place was lovely and true beachfront. However, the DVD player was broken and we went to the property management office to advise someone. In which she advised us she will get hold of the owner and get a new one replaced but we never received the phone calls until we checked out three days later. It was rainy so we were kinda stuck in the house with that entertainment was a bit disappointing

Beautiful location, perfect access to the beach.

It was a perfect spot for a family holiday. Close to the beach. Very relaxing. Cleanliness of the property was a little bit of a let down - due to under beds not clean and the outside areas not swept before we arrived. Overall though it was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb...well worth the money.

Lovely, spacious, right on the beach. Awesome sandy beach. Great kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Just be aware is 2 bedrooms downstairs and mezz up, overlooking lounge. Beautiful king size bed but as long as you know is a mezz and suits your needs. Worked great for us.

Beautiful beach getaway!

We stayed here in October 2016 and had any wonderful time. The apartment is so big it feels like a house. Beautiful views and a fairly private out door area with great access to the beach. The kitchen is great to cook in and side access to the front area and out door shower was great with the little one coming back all sandy from the beach. We plan to visit again this summer. We have recommended this property to all of our friends. The only negative was the holiday letting staff arriving at 9.00am on a Sunday morning to see what time we would be vacating. We already had the car packed to leave but found this quite rude considering check out was at 10.00am.

Perfect place for families!

I wish that we had spent our entire two week holiday at Beach at Your Feet instead of splitting between it and my aunt in Gold Coast. I think that next time I will book all of us here! It was myself, husband, and our 2.5 year old son staying. One of the most surprising things was the incredibly well-appointed kitchen. The inside dining table was lovely, but of course who would want to eat there with the gorgeous view out back? We loved seeing the sunrise each morning, hanging out on the beach and walking down to the causeway each morning with the kiddo. It was the perfect distance away from town, walkable to the playground and restaurants, but still secluded enough to feel private. We loved the paddleboard and surf kayaks, although only got a chance to take them out the last night. What a gorgeous place! I can't wait to come back. P.S. If you find a yellow school bus while cleaning (our dog chewed the end of it, it's supposed to look like that), please let me know... we think we may have lost it there and couldn't locate it before we left. I haven't been able to find a replacement that looks similar enough. I'll pay for shipping back to the USA - it is one of our son's favorite toys.
