We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them to stay with you. Pets of up to 2 are free of charge. However, to ensure our property remains clean and well-maintained for all guests, we have implemented the following policy:
✔ Unauthorized Pets: If it is discovered that a pet has been inside the property without prior approval, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning needed to remove pet hair, odors, and any potential mess.
✔ Damage to Grass and Landscaping: If a pet causes damage to the grass or landscaping outside the property, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of repairs.
✔ Damage to Property: If a pet causes damage to any part of the property (inside or outside), a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
If any damages exceed $100, you will be charged accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests.
