Oceanfront Retreat with Private Balcony

Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 3rd floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! This 3 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. The condo was just renovated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, living room furniture, lighting, smooth ceilings, decor and paint throughout! This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include 50" smart TV, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

We greatly appreciated receiving a text a few hours before check in time saying the condo was ready and we could check in early. The space was very clean and the unobstructed views were perfect for watching the sunrise each morning and for relaxing.There were more than enough towels and hooks available for our stay, which was very nice and convenient.The two secondary rooms were nice and clean. Our only complaint with those rooms was that it felt like windowless rooms. Since the windows faced the hallway, we were unable to open the curtains without random people in the hallway seeing in. That was strange and uncomfortable so we kept those curtains closed the entire time. Natural light would have been nice.We didn't mind taking the trash across the street; however that may be cumbersome for anyone who has disabilities or is elderly. For the amount of money per night, it would be nice if they left several dish pods, laundry pods, toilet paper and trash bags to cover your entire stay. To supply that is quite inexpensive but is extremely convenient for visitors to not need to go out and buy full size amenities for just a few nights.Also, the room was right above the indoor pool. At times, this was very noisy. For those who have children with them, this may not be a distraction. For us, it was a bit noisy which defeated the relaxing vibes.All in all, it was a very nice condo. It was very clean, great views, and close to lots of things in the area.

When we go to Myrtle Beach for softball, we always stay at the Caribbean. This is the first time we have used this specific condo and it was amazing as always. The check-in process was super fast and easy, everything was waiting for us and ready to go when we got there so we didn't have to wait in line to check in. Would absolutely rent through this again

Smooth check in / very clean

I absolutely loved the location and area. I was very thankful with having littles that the sliding doors were heavy and was too hard for them to open which made me feel so much safer as a special needs mama that my son couldn’t get on the balcony unsupervised. The condo was perfectly clean. The facility its self was nice and quiet during the night time hours. The outside experience was fun all around. Within the condo 10/10. The facility in its self was clean as well except the indoor pool and the pool with the kids slide, that was a little disappointing but it was crowded so makes sense.

Roof repair

The apartment was clean and nice. Unfortunately during our three day stay, the roof was being replaced over the inside pool area therefore parts were closed especially the indoor pool. In addition there was constant construction noise during the day as we were on the third floor I probably would have not stayed there had I known

Wonderful place for vacation stay

We had family in Myrtle Beach for my granddaughter’s cheer competition. The condo was perfect! Very nice, clean, easy to find. Great beach access and nice pools. We will be coming back.

Forest Dunes stay for Spring Break

I really enjoyed my time with friends at our condo at Forest Dunes. The unit was very clean and had lots dishes in the kitchen. We could see the beach from every room in the unit and I absolutely loved that! On our last full day they cleaned the vents on our entire floor and that wasn’t great for my allergies. Also, some maintenance person left some brown substance at the bottom of our shower, which I didn’t appreciate. I would stay there again, but it would be better to book something closer so that you can really walk to everything. I sincerely enjoyed my trip and really loved being right on the beach.

Nice Quick Trip

My husband and I stayed at this property for an anniversary trip. It was great to be right on the water and have a couple restaurants in walking distance. The bed was relatively comfortable and overall a good stay.

Nice condo

This is the second time that we stayed in this condo building. The first time was in a different condo. We love the area. The only issues we had was the TV in one bedroom was not HD. With a family with kids that love their gaming systems this caused and issue. The other tTV’s are. I am a person that breakfast daily and usually one supper or lunch. The kitchen needs to be updated with new skilllets and pans along with utensils. I never found one pot holder. When we got there the dishwasher had a really bad smell coming from it. I reached out to the property manager and they got someone right out. All in all we were happy with the condo just needs to have a few upgrades in the kitchen and the TV. They did close the indoor pool while we were there for painting of murals. It was close most of the weekend were there.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was favorable, disappointed that there was sand on sheets in master bedroom and queen size bed.I slept over the comforter and the floor felt like there was sand left on it, I feel that extra garbage bags should be accommodated if the place sleeps 6 people.

Room Beautiful/ Resort run down

The room was great. Just as pictured and the view was amazing. we even saw dolphins right from our balcony. It could have been a little cleaner and minor wear an tear that I feel could easily have been kept up with better but all in all the room was 8 out of 10. Just needs new bed spreads(comforters stained) and an occasional deep cleaning. The Resort on the other hand needed some serious maintance. The indoor pools were almost always cold (not heated), there's calcium build up and mold all along the edges of pools and hot tubs. Lazy river wasn't lazy, the water barely moved you along(if it was even on). The elevator was busted for days before they even put a sign up not to use it. The furniture in the halls by the elevators is ripped and worn. the hallway rugs are disgusting, and the corn hole bags had no beans in the bags and they gave them to me in a trash bag. Oh, and you need to get pool towels at the front desk, they don't keep them in pool room. So don't forget cuz once your wet you cant leave pool room to go get towels. Smh. I would definitely book with Luxury Beach rentals again, but would never stay at Caribbean Resort Myrtle Beach again.
