Great stay. Host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Left a beautiful beach bag with goodies as a welcome gift, which came in very handy. Neighborhood was great with super friendly people everywhere. Heated pool that was actually heated and a very hot, hot tub, which was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome Stay

We were welcomed with a beach bag loaded with bottled water, sunscreen, and beach towels. We were notified by Dawn our host that we could check in early if we wanted to which is unheard of and was not expected by us. The house was just like the pictures, neighborhood nice and quiet and close to everything My family and I were very happy. I Highly recommend this place.

Nice and clean!

We booked this home for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! My hubby and I had a great time in Cape Coral and the home was not only SUPER clean, but very conveniently located. The pool and canal made for a lovely view. We especially liked the green underwater lights so we could see fish at night. Very nice place, would definitely book again if we visit the Cape Coral area in the future!

Restful Retreat

This property is exactly as advertised. The house is immaculate and well-provisioned. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The owner was exceptionally transparent when the hot tub broke down just before our visit, even offering to refund. We decided to go anyway, and her repair guy was able to get the hot tub operational and it was lovely. The pool overlooks a canal and the lanai is peaceful and shaded. Everything you could need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend this property.

Great base for exploring Cape Coral and surrounding area

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, and the host was very communicative - we were even able to check in a couple of hours early.The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - plenty of towels, dishes, spices for cooking…we even had a very thoughtful welcome beach bag with sunscreen and beach towels for us to keep! A kayak, fishing poles with gear, and 2 e-bikes were available for our use.The house is centrally located in Cape Coral, easy to get to local restaurants and stores. We spent a lot of time in the pool - the water was clean and warm. We only used two of the bedrooms, but the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We saw a few critters in the yard and could watch them from the pool. The dock on the canal is nice (we didn’t have a boat), and we could see fish at night by the green lights installed underneath.The hot tub wasn’t working for our stay but the host let us know several days in advance, gave us an option to cancel if that was a dealbreaker, and discounted the rate for the inconvenience.Great stay, great host, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral!

Amazing place close to many restaurants and close to Cape Coral beach! The pool was set at a great temperature and the hot tub was amazing for night! Super quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back again! At check in they left us beach towels to keep and a little welcome bag it was so cute! I love that check out is 11am when most are 10am.

Excellent in every way!

Location of this rental couldn't have been better for us. We had a wonderful time at this spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for the welcoming gift. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool was very clean and well maintained. The patio area had plenty of seating, loungers, a very clean grill and hot tub. Owners had great restaurant recommendations.

Fun in the sun!

We came down to Florida for a baseball tournament. Coming home to a comfortable, beautiful environment made it so much better. Would definitely recommended again and even tried to book for a later tournament but we missed out.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay, but be prepared to possibly furnish some paper supplies yourself. For a 3 day visit, we had to purchase TP and trash bags. One of the queen beds was VERY tall and we didn't want to climb in and out so we used the 3rd bedroom. Bed was not very comfortable, and I would suggest bringing my own pillows.Also, the gas for the bbq pit was almost empty. Luckily we mainly ate our meals out.Great location, seemed like a 10 minute drive to most stuff. We really enjoyed the Farmers market in Cape Coral, met a lot of nice people there!We would rent this house again, but would be a little more prepared with misc. necessities.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was welcoming and comfortable. We were very fortunate with good weather(our stay was 1st week of Jan 2025) to be able to use the heated pool and hot tub. Outdoor lanai/patio/pool area was very inviting. Would recommend and definitely would stay again..

Property was in a great location close to downtown and the farmers market. Owners are very nice. SKOL ! We will definitely stay here again ! The girls loved the hot tub and the pool is heated ! The canal was nice and the dock is set up for fishing. Great property for a big family ! Lots of restaurants near by. The girls loved using uber eats ! There is a grill with propane to use ! Thanks for the great stay !

A perfect fit!

Beautiful home, perfectly outfitted with cooking utensils, plates, cups, and pots. There were five of us, my daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old granddaughter, college daughter and myself and we had plenty of space to spread out and be together when we wanted. The pool was amazingly clear and the perfect temperature and the hot tub really put this place over the top!!! It was a little further from the airport and beach than I would have preferred, but once we got there, grocery stores and shopping were just down the street and one morning we even took a stroller walk to a yummy coffee shop. So thankful we landed here!!

Winter get away

Home was clean and inviting with beautiful outdoor living area. Spent many hours out there enjoying the view of the canal and pool. Plenty of space for four adults with room to spare. Would book a stay again with this host!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The house is great, beds comfy and everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub are perfect, and a great outdoor spot for barbequing, sitting relaxing and enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drink under the covered patio area. Pool is heated to 84F and hot tub is great for anytime but especially in the evening. Area has lots of bars and restaurants, and shopping is close by. The hosts are wonderful, can't say enough about them, just a great spot to rent.

When we set out to find the perfect getaway, we wanted a place that offered the best of both worlds- peaceful waterfront living with easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions. This neighborhood checked every box for us. We fell in love with the serene canal setting, where we can watch boats pass by, spot fish in the water, and enjoy breezy evenings on the dock. The convenience of having boating and fishing in our backyard made it even more special.
Beyond the canal, this area is close to Ft Myers Beach, shops, and some of the best restaurants around. Whether we are biking , enjoying a waterfront meal, or taking our boat out for the day, there's always something to do.
Most of all, we love the neighborhood. It's a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with family and friends, and create lasting memories- just like we have. We knew right away this was a place worth sharing, and we are excited to welcome you to experience it for yourself.
