Conveniently located on a quiet well maintained neighborhood, but next to all restaurants and shopping. The house was in great condition and well stocked with all your needs. Pool was great and canal view is a bonus. I was looking for a house to buy in Cape Coral and Ft.Myers so it gave me a good sense of what to look for.

Absolutely loved our 3-night stay at this Cape Coral home! The location on the canal was beautiful and so peaceful. The welcome beach bag, which included two beach towels, is a cool and thoughtful little “extra”. The private pool was a highlight and great to come home to after busy days sightseeing and taking in area activities. The house had everything we needed for a great getaway and was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Property is very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Dawn was very responsive to my inquiries. Everything was also well stocked, for example, paper towels, dishes, coffee pods, just about anything you might need to start your stay. And I loved the thoughtful touch of the beach bag and towels to keep ! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what saw in the pics. But even better so many extra’s. Floats for the pool and tackle for fishing. My husband and I both caught fish from the canal. The kids loved the pool. This place felt like home and the kitchen has everything you need. So many restaurant options. We loved that each time we went out we didn’t have to wait for an hour or more to be seated. We did race cars and a water park. They have it all without breaking the bank. We will be back for sure Frank and Cheryl

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was super clean and comfortable. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the house. Mike and Dawn were great hosts and even provided e-bikes for us to use. Great stay. Host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Left a beautiful beach bag with goodies as a welcome gift, which came in very handy. Neighborhood was great with super friendly people everywhere. Heated pool that was actually heated and a very hot, hot tub, which was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Great spot for families

House had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Conveniently located to beaches and stores. Welcome bag was a very kind gesture. Would definitely stay again!

Meet Your Hosts- Mike and Dawn. We are from Milton, WI and moved to Florida March 2020. We enjoy boating, golfing and watching our son play baseball. The best part about hosting is meeting new people and hearing where they are from and what brings them to Florida. Whether you are here to relax, explore, fish, or soak in beach vibes, we hope you find as much joy in this home as we do. When we set out to find the perfect getaway, we wanted a place that offered the best of both worlds- peaceful waterfront living with easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions. This neighborhood checked every box for us. We fell in love with the serene canal setting, where we can watch boats pass by, spot fish in the water, and enjoy breezy evenings on the dock. The convenience of having boating and fishing in our backyard made it even more special.
Beyond the canal, this area is close to Ft Myers Beach, shops, and some of the best restaurants around. Whether we are biking , enjoying a waterfront meal, or taking our boat out for the day, there's always something to do.
Most of all, we love the neighborhood. It's a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with family and friends, and create lasting memories- just like we have. We knew right away this was a place worth sharing, and we are excited to welcome you to experience it for yourself.

From the spacious dock and lounge area to the BBQ grill and dining space, you will have plenty of ways to enjoy the coastal breeze day or night.
