EXTRA NOTES FOR OUR GUESTS

Parties and events are forbidden!

No more than 12 people are allowed at the property at any time. If it's reported there are more at any time a $1500 penalty will be charged.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. We apologized for any inconvenience. Any pets reported at the home is grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.

Security cameras pointed at street front and along house where a/c unit is. For liability & insurance reasons back patio/pool area. House crowd sensor for db level used in kitchen/dining area. Does not record audio.

Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house as this property is rented out to families, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

**Christmas Tree setup and take down fee $50 fee applied for cleaner to setup tree ($25) and to take down tree ($25)

**Kids rooms tents and canopy are provided on a best effort basis, not guaranteed and guest must setup and take down as not all guests require them. $25 fee applies if cleaner has to put away. Guests use at their own risk.

BBQ - No propane will be provided. Tanks can be exchanged for $25 at the local Walgreens or other locations. $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left uncleaned on checkout.

• SPA & POOL - Pool heating and SPA heating are available for an additional charge of $25 per day, all pool heating requests must be made at least 72 hours PRIOR to the time of your check-in and must be for the FULL duration of your stay.
