North facing cottage - 300m flat level walk to Pearl Beach

We posted this little cottage in April 2022. It is situated close to the Southern end of the beach where the water is calm for children - a mere 300m level stroll to the beach and a similar distance to Pearl Beach café, Pearls restaurant, and local shop.

Amethyst Ave is a whisper-quiet, flat dead-end street - perfect for young children playing and riding their bikes.

The Cottage is on a flat level, North to rear, block. The large garden houses a beautiful Jacaranda tree, offering glorious shade in summer.

The cottage has a cozy relaxed feel with everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. With three bedrooms + a bunk room, the house is ideal for two families or one large family. It would sleep a maximum of 7 adults and two children in the bunks or 4 adults and 5 children.

There is a large living room and a small TV room in the middle of the cottage.

There is a covered patio off the kitchen/dining room with a BBQ and outdoor lounge. This space is perfect for rain, hail, or hot sunny days. There is also an additional outdoor lounge under the Jacaranda tree in the garden and a firepit that guests can enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of glassware and kitchenware. A coffee machine (plus capsules) and Nutribullet are also provided as well as pantry basics.

There are three TVs in the house, two are smart TVs and the other is perfect for hooking up gaming consoles. WIFI is also provided in the house. Three of the bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as the main living room. A Vornado fan/heater is provided in the bunk room.

There is one main bathroom and laundry within it. There is a hot outdoor shower and an outdoor loo which is neat and tidy and perfect for overflow for larger groups.
