Stunning Home Alfresco Entertainment Jacuzzi
Holiday in absolute comfort and style in this spacious 4 Bedroom home on the hill only a 4 minute drive to the Bay and Rye Foreshore shopping strip. Delightful all year round with ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout and a 10 person heated Jacuzzi to soak up relaxation and completely bliss out in.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
The Space:
The alfresco area with sundeck is sure to impress, offering a fun place to entertain in any kind of weather with sheltered dining for up to 12 people and built-in gas BBQ nestled within a configuration of enormous glass sliding doors which lead to spacious open plan living inside.
The entrance at the front of the house invites guests into a large foyer and separate TV room with sound system and huge, plush sofa for movie nights or footy days. There is also another lounge perfect for the kids to hang out in with sofa and telly. Both TV's have Chromecast. At the front of the house can be found an office with its own toilet and handbasin so those working from home during their stay can bunker down and concentrate to their heart's content.
The main living area has a fantastic open kitchen with loads of counter space and highball stools to gather around while meals are being prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including fridge/freezer, large oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, much loved Smeg coffee machine, and 8 seat dining beyond. The delightful relaxation lounge has more than enough very comfortable seating and leads out onto the alfresco dining, sundeck and jacuzzi area with outdoor shower. And for a bit of fun you can find a table tennis table in the garage.
Sleeping Configurations:
Master Bedroom with King bed, WIR, ensuite with extra large double shower, twin handbasin, toilet, and direct access to the rear deck.
2nd Bedroom with Queen bed.
3rd Bedroom with Queen bed.
4th Bedroom with 2 sets of King Single bunks.
The main bathroom is beautifully finished and has shower, bath, and handbasin. Adjacent to this is a powder room with hand basin and toilet
There is also a laundry conveniently kitted out with a front load washing machine, dryer, and drying racks.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
