Escape to the tranquil sounds of Whipbirds, Bellbirds and Kookaburra's in a 16 acre farm settings, come and relax, soak in the grand views and wander through park like bush settings. Feed our chickens and enjoy fresh free range eggs for breakfast. View the friendly cows and their calves, and bush walk the national park nearby. Play Ping Pong, badminton, cards, snooker and mah jong. Read and relax around the indoor fire or outdoor fire pit.

Situated on Bowen Mountain with beautiful views cross Richmond, Winsor, and Grose Vale and the Sydney Plain. Just over an hour drive from Sydney's CBD and a stone’s throw from Kurrajong and Bilpin apple orchards. A perfect location for friends or family who want to get away.

Absolutely loved our stay on this beautiful farm. This place has everything you need for an incredible getaway. Well maintained property, very comfortable and plenty of entertainment. The views are unmatched, especially for sunrise. Our favourite thing to do was sit in the hot tub amidst the nature and take it all in. Thank you to Lindy who was super responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We loved the house and the farm animals. It's a special place, and has beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house. We also loved the hot tub, firepit and fireplace. Lots to do nearby. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful house with everything you need—and more. The chickens, sheep, and cows were a highlight, and the fresh eggs from the chickens were delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family over the Easter weekend.

Lovely weekend spent on the mountain. Amble entertainment for the kids. The house was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the fire pit and collecting eggs each morning.

Dirty House - great location

Unfortunately the property was quite dirty on arrival - bird poo on the kitchen benches and the floors, dirty cups on tables, half drunk water bottles in rooms etc the house is basically where someone’s old things come to die - it’s quite cluttered and feels a little gross. The hot tub was not useable - water was green and also filthy. We did enjoy the fire pit, and kids loved seeing the animals. However at over $1,500 for 2 nights there’s better places out there!

Absolutely stunning!! With everything you could possibly need.

Breathtaking 180 degree panoramic views over the countryside - all the way to the city! From every room in the house! Feel like you’re on top of the world. Gorgeous verandahs to enjoy the birds and the view. The pool spa is divine and such an added bonus, even on a cold day! Inviting fireplace with pool table, outdoor table tennis and more than enough games to cater for all ages. Everything you could possibly need and more. House is very clean, beds are comfortable, generous lounges, separate areas for the kids, modern bathrooms, large well appointed kitchen with everything you could need and more. Surprise treats were a beautiful touch. Cows and chickens are such a delight! Escape to this amazing place, you won’t be disappointed! We will be back. Thank you.

terrible weather weekend, but lovely time and property. due to weather didn't get to roam around much, or use the spa. mainly relaxed in front of the fire.

Beautiful relaxing winter getaway with the kids

We had such a wonderful stay! The kids absolutely loved feeding the chickens, the fire pit and all the entertainment on offer. The property supplies all you need for a comfortable stay. A few bedrooms had some electric blankets. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and equipment. Just bring along some coffee pods as these are not supplied but there is a Nespresso machine there to use. The area has so many wonderful attractions to drive to. Apple picking was a highlight as was Bilpin cider and all very close. Thank you Lindy!

We love the tranquillity and stunning views the house has to offer. Our spacious living area and kitchen allows us to easily host multiple families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Sydney life. We are just over an hour away from the city and spend half our week enjoying the property for ourselves.

Our property is spacious, holds multiple families and kids. We love the animals, garden and vast space. We are a short drive from Bilpin Cider, Spicers Sangoma, Richmond and at the heard of many bushwalks being a stones throw away from the National Park
