If you want to be close to the beach this beautiful five bedroom, five in a half bathroom home will have you in heaven without missing a beat. This home allows you yo see the ocean from the balcony. Covered porches with rocking chairs to enjoy the evening air and after a great day on the beach enjoy the swimming pool which can be heated for an additional fee. This home has stainless appliances and a washer and dryer to keep up with your every day laundry.Once the evening has winded down there is a game room with pool tables, ping pong, and corn hole boards outside to enjoy. If you are a griller, there is a gas grill to enjoy some sizzling steaks or juicy hamburgers. WIFI is available with flat screen TVs.Nestled between Ocean Drive and Atlantic Beach, you’ll find Crescent Beach. While it may be the smallest of our four neighborhoods, there's still lots to do and see in Crescent Beach, there is a lot to do while you are here 810 Billiards and Bowling they offer games, bowling, food and beverages. Please stop by Crazy Mason and enjoy a delectable milkshake served in a mason jar. The J Bryan Floyd Community Center is a twenty acre park that offers playgrounds, picnic-shelters, basketball, soccer and baseball and even the famous pickleball facilities.Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.
