Kan't Wait to Chill se sienta en la apertura de una cala tranquila en Norris Lake con abundante agua durante todo el año. Esta casa no es solo un alquiler, es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Nos encanta compartirlo con otras familias que buscan disfrutar de las aguas más suaves de nuestro extremo del lago. Nuestra casa tiene todo el ambiente que esperaría de una casa en el lago, con vista al lago no solo de la cala, sino también del canal Big Creek. Los puertos deportivos de Whitman Hollow y Sequoyah se encuentran a poca distancia en barco.

Kan't Wait to Chill cuenta con un dormitorio principal en el segundo piso con una cama queen y baño adjunto. El loft contiguo tiene mucho espacio abierto. La planta principal tiene 2 dormitorios dobles y 1 baño con ducha. La habitación familiar incluye una televisión de pantalla plana y ventanas hasta las vigas de madera del techo. La cocina tiene una gran isla de granito para la preparación de alimentos. ¿Necesitas un descanso del agua? ¡Tenemos muchos juegos de mesa y películas para entretenerte!

El nivel inferior ha sido recientemente terminado en 2017 con un dormitorio con vista al lago desde una cama queen. Otro dormitorio es la habitación con literas perfecta para niños, con 2 juegos de literas (camas dobles y individuales en la parte superior). El nivel inferior también incluye un área de visualización de televisión (con un reproductor de dvd / blue-ray, sony ps2 y nintendo gamecube), una mesa de air hockey y un baño con ducha.

La mejor parte de nuestro hogar es el nuevo muelle instalado en mayo de 2017. Los inquilinos disfrutarán usando un deslizamiento cubierto de 28 'para atracar su bote y 1 hidroportuario de jet ski. La segunda historia será el lugar perfecto para relajarse bajo el sol en uno de los 4 sillones reclinables. Tome cualquiera de los 2 kayaks dobles o el bote de remos para dar un paseo, o nade en las aguas cristalinas del lago Norris. Wonderful place, clean, comfortable, organized.

We had a wonderful time at Kant wait to chill. The owners thought of everything. We relaxed for the whole weekend. The men loved fishing off the dock while the women enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the top deck. Visiting around the fire pit at night, or watching TV together in the living room. The hike up and down was not easy on any of us. But we were in better shape when we left. I hope to return for a week next year.

3 generations of our family from 70yo to 4yo enjoyed the long weekend without a hitch in any facet of the stay. You know this is a fresh renovation because everything is in fine working order. All of the sliding doors work properly, the bathrooms don't have a cracked tile, the carpeting is clean, etc., and while that is great the real story here is the perfect lakefront setting. Starting with the views from the expansive deck, then the mildly steep but very manageable walk down to the water, and then the brand new dock featuring a sun deck that covers the two slips. Very helpful having the covered slip when a healthy thunderstorm came through Saturday night. The dock also sits in a less trafficked cove off Big Creek, itself a desirable portion of the lake between Sequoyah and Whitman Hollow marinas with ample places to ski and tube or anchor and swim close by without the heavy traffic of the Deerfield areas. Being able to swing by the house from the lake quickly for whatnot was a huge plus. The kitchen isn't huge but had everything we needed and the indoor and outdoor dining didn't make us feel like we were on top of each other for a larger group. The WiFi was temperamental at times but we had tons of devices connecting and ultimately helped us disconnect more often like we should have. I would rent again as the Kanters were gracious hosts and made us feel welcome. Thanks again!

Exceeded our expectations

The property is a gem. The lake was even better. The hosts were great, there if we needed them, quiet if we didn’t. The various relaxing spaces, both inside and out made it perfect for a diverse family reunion. Laurie and Scott have thought of everything you might need during your stay. Amazing.

Norris Lake Paradise

We have been coming to Norris Lake for the last 12 years. We love the Big Creek area. This is our second year at Kan't Wait to Chill. We hope to come back here for the next 10 years. The house is so spacious. It is well equipped for cooking anything you want. The ice maker and beverage refrigerator adds such convenience. Each bedroom has plenty of space for all your gear and the beds are really comfortable. The outdoor living space that was added this year is INCREDIBLE. Great views of all the activity on the lake--we spent most of our time chillin out there. The dock is spacious as well. The new Mission float is incredible!! Our children went kayaking, paddleboarding, peddle boating, and played cornhole. Even when it rains there is so much to do. There are plenty of movies, books and games. The owners are very thorough, easy to contact, and responsive. This house does not get a lot of wake activity at the dock and you feel extremely safe swimming/floating out in the water. You would be crazy not to rent this house. It is everything and more. We have made the BEST memories here.

Favorite house on Norris!

We’ve been coming to Norris for a friends trip for a few years now. Kant Wait to Chill is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed in. You can tell Laurie and Scott take tremendous pride in their property! Everything is exceptionally maintained and updated. All aspects of the property were very clean and in working order. We had a great trip this year and hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful experience at Kant Wait to Chill. The amenities were great, house was spotless. Loved having the three levels of bed, bath and hanging out space! The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was awesome! The best part, however, was the quiet cove it’s located on!! We have four granddaughters under the age of four and it was perfect for them to swim in when we weren’t boating!! I would highly recommend this rental.

Our Favorite Place on Big Creek

Have stayed at Kan’t Wait to Chill 3 times and it is always a great experience. It’s a beautiful property with a great dock and responsive owners. The house is immaculate, comfortable and completely stocked.

HAS IT ALL!!!

This house is amazing. It is sparkling clean and has high end decor. There is plenty of room for 14 people to enjoy themselves. The kitchen is full stocked and we lacked NOTHING!! The owners go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need at this house. It was so nice to have toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments supplied. The house has an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator. You have cold drinks all the time. It rained every day we were at the lake for about 2 hours. The house has so many games to play and movies to watch. We were never bored. The view of the lake from the house and the dock are spectacular. This house is a gem! We K'ant wait to come back next year!!

The Best

This property is the cleanest and “newest feeling” house we’ve ever rented. There are more amenities than we had time to use, and they are all in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked with just about every utensil that Martha Stewart can dream of. We can’t wait to come back!

This house is above and beyond the description on VRBO! Kitchen is amazing.. has everything you need. House is beautiful, location one of the best on the lake. When you stay here you feel like you are staying at a friend's house.. not a rental! Can not wait to book it again for next summer!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Comfortable and Immaculate home with high quality amenities. The dock, fire pit, kitchen and decks are inviting and very user-friendly. The bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet. The owners are very responsive and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great vacation.

Kant Wait to Chill was Awesome!

This home was perfect for our group and exactly what we expected and more! The newly renovated kitchen was fully equipped with all of the essentials. The Lakeside landscape, dock, fire pit, corn hole & sundeck we’re perfect for outdoor fun. Lastly, the owners were great to work with and made the rental process smooth & easy! We would highly recommend this property & cant wait to come back!

Perfect Family Lake Getaway

This property is setup for comfortable family fun in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed swimming and boating from the amazing dock and sundeck, using the kayaks and paddle boards, grilling and hanging out on the spacious decks with amazing waterfront views, roasting s'mores on the bonfire pit, playing the many great board games and movies when a rainstorm came through and resting well in the comfortable beds. The home is clean, beautiful and spacious enough for several families or lots friends to have their own space. We're typically not repeat vacationers but this spot is one we will likely return to as a favorite.

Excellent home and perfect dock

The rental was easy and well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of cookware, games and movies. The dock was perfect for our wakeboard boat and many thanks for the access to use the paddle boat and kayaks.

Fantastic for Families!

This property was amazing and beautifully maintained! The owners were great to work with and so helpful and generous with all of their things. We travel A LOT, and I have never cooked in such a well equipped kitchen . I had everything I needed to feed lots of hungry kids! Also appreciated access to games, movies, kayaks, paddle boat, corn hole and boat slip for our ski boat. Could not have asked for a better week!!! Thank you!

A Beautiful Place!

This property is first class period! Very Clean. Check in process is very easy. We've stayed here before and the 'Kant Wait to Chill' is actually getting better. The owners obviously care and have under taken multiple projects to make the property even more appealing. Wow! The kitchen upgrade looks amazing! Great beverage cooler and ice maker/cooler as you walk in the main door! They already have the 'best' dock on Big Creek and Cove Creek combined. Check the Pics. Very family friendly cove and very pretty view from the house/Dock. We have not found a better fire pit anywhere. The fire ring with nice chairs sits on a very cool deck/patio. What a way to end an evening on Norris Lake! Would not trade this for anything! Lock it in. Would recommend this property every single day! A+

Great weekend at the lake!

The owners were very accommodating and the house was exactly as advertised. We had 4 couples all with kids and the house was plenty big enough. It was very clean and the dock was one of the best ones on the lake. Overall we had a great weekend, thank you!

Absolutely Incredible!

I cannot say enough about this lake house, the amenities, the lake itself, and the owners! SO very wonderful! It was the best family vacation ever! We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary by going on vacation together. We played cornhole tournaments many nights. We jumped off the dock on a daily basis! We used their paddle boat and kayaks to explore the lake. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days which was very nice. Next time we will probably rent more of a speed boat so we can go tubing! The owners have thought of everything to make a perfect stay, right down to a welcome basket! The driveway is steep which would be the absolute only drawback but believe me, you can look past that easily and relax and unplug and spend time with your loved ones! Thank you for an absolutely incredible vacation!

Best dock on the lake!

This is our family vacation so 4 families stayed in the house which included 4 boys (ages 1-4). The dock was a big hit! The upper deck allowed them to safely play when not in the water or on the boat. The house is stocked with games, books, & movies for all ages. The kitchen has some common pantry items which was a great bonus. The owners are easy to deal with & have thought of everything right down to the welcome basket with all the fixings for s’mores. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We knew when we purchased this home at the end of 2016 that it was one of the best lots on Big Creek. You can't beat the year round deep water and the fact that it's a cove off a cove of the main creek. Rentals have helped pay for improvements and 5 years of renovations on the dock, path, parking area and house have made it even better!
