Rocky Point-Brand New Lakefront Property

This new 2 story lakefront custom built home sits on Norris Lake and sleeps 16. It offers beautiful views of Norris Lake and is located in a quiet gated community. It is located near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge and just around the corner from Sugar Hollow Marina. We are located only a short drive from Chapman Hill Winery (9 min Drive) and Deerfield Golf Resort. We are just off the main channel with water year-round. This custom-built lakefront property is located just a short boat ride (5-10 minutes) to many popular marinas, including Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield resort/ Tiki Bar and Springs Dock. There is a boat launch within the gated community with plenty of trailer parking and if by chance trailer parking is full, we have a large driveway with plenty of room!!
This 2-story custom-built Lakefront property is perfect for large group vacationers. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. House offers 2 spacious decks. Lower-level deck is fully covered, with string lights hanging from above. Upper deck is partially covered. Both decks offer beautiful lake and mountain views. Upper decks has 2 grills, including a black stone flat top grill. 4 of the bedrooms offer 9 X 8 ft sliding glass doors, which offer incredible views of the mountains, as well as sunsets year-round. In addition, we have a 1 story dock with covered slip. Driveway offers plenty of parking to accommodate a large number of guests.
Main level offers a large kitchen that is fully stocked. Stoned gas fireplace. 2 leather electric reclining couches. Vaulted craftsman ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining and living room. Main level offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: (master) features a king size bed and has beautiful views with deck access through sliding glass door. Full master bathroom with walk in shower, double sink vanity and walk in closet. Bedroom 2: Features a King size bed and deck access through sliding glass doors. Bathroom is located right next to bedroom #2 and features a shower/tub combination, and a Rustic double sink vanity. Laundry room is also on the upper level, featuring high-capacity washer and dryer. Bedroom 3: Features 2 twin bunk beds and a twin bed that can be pulled out into a queen with drawer storage underneath. Room #3 also has a small closet for storage during your stay.
Walking downstairs you will notice an open custom farmhouse staircase. Upon reaching the lower level you will find a second kitchen with granite countertops, built in cabinet icemaker to keep your cooler full and your drinks cold, refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, plenty of cabinet storage, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of complimentary K-cups and a 12-cup coffee maker. Kitchen opens into a game room area with large television, couch and ottoman, NBA Jam arcade game, mortal combat arcade game, custom built whiskey barrel table with 5 chairs and a ping pong table. Lower level offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 4: Features a Queen size bed and a table with chairs for 2 people to enjoy morning coffee with a great view of the water with deck access through sliding glass door. Located next to bedroom 4 is a full bathroom with a Rustic double sink vanity and a tub/shower combination. On the other side of the lower level, you will find Bedroom #5. Bedroom 5: Features a Queen size bed and a tall storage cabinet with extra games and deck access through sliding glass door. Located in between bedroom 5 and bedroom 6 is another full bathroom with a Rustic double sink vanity and tub/shower combination. The last bedroom (Bedroom #6) is a spacious bunk room featuring 3 twins over full bunk beds with plenty of room to move around in between.
Lower-level deck offers plenty of space and 6 Adirondack Chairs, string lighting and a gorgeous view. Upper deck offers 2-Large Round tables with seating for 12+, Adirondack chairs, and 2 chaise lounge chairs for laying in the sun and relaxing from the deck.
Around the back of the house, you will find a nice, paved walking path lined with beautiful rocks to the water. There are a few stairs that will take you down and around to a Yukon solo stove fire pit, with 4 Adirondack chairs surrounding. Firepit allows you to enjoy a fire, while being right in front of the water. Amazing views seen at night from this area. Just down the walk a little further you will find stairs leading to a 1 story dock with covered slip. Dock allows for endless swimming and fun. There are 2 wave runner ramps attached to dock to allow for parking of wave runners if needed. Dock also allows for parking of boat as well. Dock does have a lift made for V-hull boats only (not for pontoons or Tritons). If you have a pontoon or Tri-toon it will have to be tied to outside part of dock and may not be parked on lift.

Exceptional Property
This home is even better in person. Owners thought of every amenity a blackstone grill, ice maker, extra fridge, extra dryer, 2 kitchen areas & a patio fire table. The walk to the lake is on the easier side & doable for most and the location is perfect. This home is close to the nicest marinas and is located in a beautiful new neighborhood.

Overall house was very nice and what an amazing set up. Community has its own ramped, with spot to park trucks and trailers. Awesome location on the lake. Only somewhat negative comment I had was that the trash can at the dock was 3/4 full and no trash bag was in it. Also, the grills didn’t look like they had been cleaned all year and the regular grill grease trap was so full a bunch spilled out when trying to clean it our. Also blackstone grill had a burner out.

The house was in a perfect location for our group! Right across the lake from Sugar Hallow Marina & a 5 min boat ride to the bridge. The renters were very responsive via messaging & the property was very clean. Great house for a big group; I would definitely rent again.

We have 4 daughters and we all put many long hours in to create what our idea was of the perfect lake house and we hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do!
