Rolling hills can be seen from the 5 patio doors. 4 skylights in the cottage allow abundant light in. Just minutes away are multiple world class golf courses, beautiful beaches, and incredible restaurants. Kensington, Stanley Bridge, Cavendish and North Rustico are all close by where you will find all amenities and many activities.

The open concept one story cottage feels extremely spacious due to it's high ceiling and large windows to take in the lovely country views. In this main area is the fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, dining area which seats 6, and the cozy living room with a Smart TV. Down the hallway, you will find the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 has two twins. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The large wrap-around deck offers space to relax while taking in the amazing view of The Stanley River. There is a covered in area which offers shade and space for outdoor dining. Riverview Retreat sits on a large lot which means there is a ton of space for outdoor games and exploring. The cottage is also equipped with 6 kayaks where you can launch in the river, just in front of the property. Enjoy evening bonfires at the newly constructed fire pit area with seating.

There is also a GRACO Pack and Play for guest use if you are travelling with children.
