Our beautifully presented, stylish new abode is fabulously positioned in the idyllic coastal village of Ocean Shores. Situated opposite the shopping centre & only a 2min drive to the breathtaking local beach, this bright & airy house is perfect for a couple, small family or friends. You will find all you need for a relaxing stay. Brand new furnishings, Koala mattress & luxury linen guarantee you a first-class sleep. Enjoy the sun & ocean breeze from the lovely decked patio.

Spacious open plan living area and kitchen lead on to the outdoor decking area with dining. Relax in style, whilst watching your favourite shows on the elegant Samsung QLED frame TV - Netflix, Disney, Amazon & many more apps to connect with. There is also a second sofa that turns into a single sofa bed. Property sleeps a maximum of 3 adult guests. We are happy to accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children if you can provide a cot or blow up mattress as ample space upstairs in the bedroom.
Powerful ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs.
NEW AC unit upstairs

A well lit desk area and super fast WIFI allow you to work from home without interruption.

Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, you will find an abundance of condiments, a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven/hob & microwave.

The stairway leads up to a fantastic Master Queen bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, black-out blinds and bathroom.
The Koala mattress and bed are brand new and extremely comfortable, ensure you get the best night's sleep.

Bathroom - please note this is at the top of the stairway with its own doorway. The upstairs bedroom area is open plan and not closed off to the downstairs area.

Ocean Shores shopping centre directly opposite the property boasts some fantastic independent shops - Good Vibes fresh groceries and the best almond croissants!, a great bakery, Wholefoods store, herbalist shop, as well as a great coffee shop and a Coles supermarket and tavern.

Adventure playground and tennis courts are situated close by.
Skatepark and other coffee shops 5 min drive away.

It is a fantastic spot to base yourself for an exploration of the Byron shire and beyond, close enough to the highway but far enough away that you do don't know its there!

Brunswick Heads-5 minutes drive, Byron Bay - 15 min drive, South Golden Beach - 5 min drive.
Mullumbimby - 15 mins drive

Had to make up requested spare bed with sheets discovered on floor at back up upstairs wardrobe .They had an overpowering smell of offensive toilet spray so I washed the sheets the next day .

Location

Great location, easy to find and then get to areas like Brunswick heads, Mullumbimby etc. Owners provided loads of helpful info particularly about the Ocean Shores area and community. Highly Recommend

Comfortable, well equipped unit.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is well laid out and very functional. It had a good ambiance with plenty of light. We found it nice and quiet. Kitchen was well laid out. Room for some yoga. Close to shops.

Absolutely Perfect

We absolutely enjoyed this apartment, it was decorated beautifully, had everything you need to relax, cook and enjoy. The bed is super comfy and the deck outside is perfect for the lazy sunny afternoons. Shops are just across the road and the local tavern had lovely food. We will stay again. Thank you so much.

Lovely apartment across from shops

We felt right at home in this beautifully presented apartment. Great location across from a pleasant shopping village with yummy eateries. Easy drive to fabulous beach. More quiet and secluded than touristy hot spots but still close enough to visit. Just what we were after. A bottle of wine and local chocolate coated macadamias were a thoughtful arrival gift for our week long stay. Highly recommend sunrise walks on the beach. Thanks for a delightful stay.

Convenient location

Walk to coles, restaurants, cafes and Tavern. Short drive to beaches and lake. Great place for couples, enjoyed the little extras that were provided for our stay.

Daughters birthday

Was down from Queensland for my daughters 50th birthday. Unit is across the road from shopping centre with supermarket, bottle shops and some food outlets. Have been coming to Ocean Shores for many years and this is the best place I have ever stayed. My only complaint is that there is no TV reception, but there is Netflix etc.

Ocean Shores

Great location plenty of amenities across the rd. Less than 1/2 hr from Byron Bay. Lots of great swimming and surfing beaches.

Hi, I am Jenny! Myself and my young family made the Byron shire our home in January 2020, after emigrating from the UK and we LOVE it. Living locally means I can be a 'hands on' host if needed and can offer lots of great tips for exploring the local area.
We love to travel and love the great outdoors, especially the Ocean. Our love for the sea has taken us all over the world as Scuba diving Instructors and we are so blessed to have had those experiences. I love to go for long runs, do Yoga with my friends and am currently learning to surf along with my 3 children!
I have over 5 years of experience in property management and hosting, and just recently set up my own hosting business in the area - Ocean Vibes Property Management.
My Partner is the local handyman and plumber and so he is on hand if any issues arise during your stay.
We are committed to offering a fabulous stress-free stay to all our guests, allowing you to kick back, relax and enjoy this beautiful part of our amazing planet!
