70's shack retrofitted with modern amenities including new kitchen and bathroom, 2 toilets and outside shower with hot water, new laundry and only meters from the beach. Two living areas both with TV’s 1 with Apple TV and second with DVD player only, lots of DVDs. Free Wifi. New and comfy mattresses and enough beds for the entire family. Pet and child friendly to help make the most out of your beach stay. Everything you need for a great family holiday.

This is our families beach house so please treat it with respect.
No Events, Parties or Schoolies and sleeping strictly number of people booked.

This is our second stay at Surf Time and we will be back every year! Its close proximity to Middleton beach, and Goolwa and Port Elliot, makes it the perfect holiday rental. The house is well laid out and has all amenities, the only small suggestion would be a lamp in the living area. The backyard, with its new lawn, was perfect for backyard cricket and the sound of the sea was a beautiful lullaby each night. All in all, highly recommend Surf Time - thanks for having us!!

Location one street back was great. The house was a lovely shack vibe with renovated rooms. A large back yard perfect for the dog and a front yard which was also nice to enjoy some relaxation or meal. We loved it and would like to return sometime. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a relaxing family beach holiday. It's clean and tidy with everything you need plus nice surprises like the outdoor hot shower for after surfing.

So close to the beach!!!

This property is amazing and we will definitely be back! It was spacious, had all the mod cons and ample space. Love the backyard and close proximity, not only to the beach, but to Port Eliott and Goolwa. Hosts were easy to deal with and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

A lovely beach house

Our family of four plus our dog spent a wonderful week here. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very close to Middleton beach. Highly recommended!

Great location and comfortable stay

We had a lovely time at Surf Time with our tween daughters and dog. The girls loved the games and second living space, while my husband and I enjoyed the well equipped and modern kitchen. It had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was fantastic too and the hot outdoor shower was great to rinse off on return. Would stay again!

Perfect choice

Immaculately clean and well presented property. Perfect location for walking to surfing lessons and the hot outdoor shower was a great bonus. Loved hearing the waves at night. Bedding configuration is flexible for a range of group sizes. Bathroom and kitchen recently rennovated. Kitchen had everything you might possibly need but was super well organised and not cluttered. We supported the local IGA and enjoyed using the very clean bbq and outdoor setting. We're already looking at dates for our trip back.

Wonderfully equipped family beach house!

Freshly updated, light filled beach house with everything our family needed and extra! We enjoyed staying in this lovely holiday home and were comfortable sleeping and relaxing in between outings. Our dog was very happy running in the secure backyard and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Thanks for a great stay- hopefully we will come again!

Good location

Overall great, wish there was a door to separate the laundry. If you have small children I recommend bringing a baby gate. Also wish it was more clearly stated that sheets and bath towels are not provided.

A great house close to the beach. The house was well equipped for a family. We appreciated that we were able to bring our dogs and the grandchildren loved the toy cupboard.

The property was very clean and well maintained with quality furniture and appliances. Plenty of games for all age groups. The host is lovely and very responsive. A great family holiday If visiting Middleton in the near future it would be advisable to check the progress of the removal of rotten fish from the foreshore. The smell is quite repugnant

A lovely clean and tidy house which was excellent for our stay over the long weekend. We loved how close it was to the beach and bike bath. All communication leading up to the stay was great too with zero issues at check-in and check-out.
