Brand New 3 Bed 2 Bath with Sea Views

This brand-new holiday home was finished in late December 2022. It is light, bright and airy throughout and is perfect for family and friends looking to escape and relax. It is contemporary, stylish and has a very comfortable holiday vibe. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and open-plan living with sea views from all main rooms (including all bedrooms). The house is single-storey with one step up to the deck level and into the house.
The property is about a one-minute drive to the Kings Beach lookout and the Heysen Trail, which is a stunning place to walk and swim. It is two minutes to the Bluff, Whalers restaurant and the Encounter Bay boat ramp. Victor Harbor and all its attractions are 8 minutes away. There is a little lake (Jagger Lake) and reserve a few hundred metres away which is a fabulous place to walk the dog.
The open-plan living dining and kitchen area has ocean and Wright Island views and double sliding doors out to the deck. It has double blinds (privacy and block out) and louvre windows to maximise airflow. There is a comfortable 6-seater modular couch. The kitchen has a big island bench with four stools plus a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and separate pantry. At night there is a fabulous show as the houses of Encounter Bay light up across the surrounding hills.
The big, covered timber deck has an outdoor table, seating for 6 and a gas BBQ. It enjoys views towards Wright Island on one side and the Petrel Cove area on the other. There is a lovely rockery garden and lavender hedge surrounding the deck. You can sit back and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or coffee in hand.
All three bedrooms have some sea views – as there are ocean views to the front and back of the house. The rear of the house looks out over hills, paddocks and then to the ocean between the Bluff and Kings Beach.
For year-round comfort, there is a split system air conditioner (heating and cooling), timber DC ceiling fans (so they are very quiet) in the living room and bedrooms, and electric blankets on the big beds. It is all solar-powered!
The main bedroom with an upholstered King bed has a sliding door out to a side deck, plus a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a built-in robe. The third bedroom has two single beds. All beds have new quality charcoal mattresses.
The main bathroom area is “three-ways” – there is a separate bath and walk-in shower room. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and another space with a vanity.
Entertainment is provided by a big-screen smart TV with Netflix included. A sound bar is attached to the TV which can also be used for Bluetooth connection to your phone. There is high-speed free Wi-Fi for all guests. There are games and assorted books.

The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows:

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
There is a single-car garage with remote control roller door for guests' use. There is additional parking in the driveway or out the front of the house.
The property is fully fenced. There is a lawned area at the side of the house that can be easily accessed via the pet door in the laundry door. The wire fencing to the front and side of the garage is 1.2M. The side and rear Colorbond fencing are all 1.5M-1.8M. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
**SCHOOLIES - property is available with a $2,500 bond and a $250 cleaning fee for a maximum of 6 people ONLY plus $110 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties are allowed at any time. **
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
