This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out! It quickly became one of our most favorite vacation homes we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be booking it again! The host was quick to answering any questions we might have had about the pool/spa as well as when we were checking in/out! 10/10 recommend!!

Great home for our large family vacation. Perfect amount of space, beds and wonderful amenities. The outside patio, pool deck and view is a remarkable!

We had 12 people ranging from 74-13, the house was absolutely perfect. The sunrises were spectacular! Everything we could have hoped for, we will absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

This was our 3rd year renting this home and it never disappoints!! Love the home, the view and the location!! Highly recommend this rental, just not the dates we go ;)

Spacious, family friendly home!

We enjoyed our time here. There was room for everyone. We appreciated the extras like a high chair, crib, and TVs in multiple rooms. It’s conveniently located and offers a great view of the river. The hosts were available when needed.

Great family trip

This house was wonderful and had a wonderful view! We hung out in back every evening and swam, used hot tub, Tv and pool table! We came to see our daughter who lives near by and brought are 4 other adult children and sig others and had room for all! Great responses when needed!

Breathtaking

Breathtaking water views and a perfect family getaway! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning water views that we never got tired of. There were plenty of activities for all ages, which made it ideal for our entire family. We spent Christmas here and couldn’t have chosen a better destination—relaxing, festive, and full of great memories. Highly recommend for families looking for a special place to stay! Also wanted to point out that the house cooled and heated perfectly and all the showers had great water pressure. We kept the pool at 86°. Frig made perfect ice. And loved the outside refrigerator to keep all drinks separate from my kitchen. Sometimes it’s just the little things that matter!!

Extremely Nice!!

I was blown away by the utter experience of staying in this beautiful home and the view of the ocean. The home was huge and there was enough room for my entire family and then some if we needed extra space. The lanai was a special treat with the bar, pool, and music system. The view was lovely!! I vacation every year and this was by far one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The neighbors were super sweet and the police presence in Cape Coral was a joy to see. I honestly felt like I was in one of the most secure and safest spots in the country. The food was so yummy no matter where I went and Fort Walton Beach was a gem. Please, if you ever visit Cape Coral stay at this home and enjoy!! Mariana and her husband were prompt and helpful if we needed anything. They were great!!

Heaven on earth

All I can say is WOW! From start to finish this home was more than I ever expected. From the minute you entered the home you could see the little extra touches. Holiday decorations were perfect and just enough. The home was clean and extremely well stocked. So many pool toys, we ended up there every day. My husband was thrilled that it was the first time ever the pool heating was perfect with no hiccups. Kitchen had everything we needed and decided at the last minute to make a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. There were 10 of us and the layout of the home was perfect. My husband and both walk with a cane and the home was extremely accessible. And then there was the million dollar view. Personally i missed only one sunrise at 6:00 am and every one else made it at least once. At the last minute there were some adjustments in our travel plans and Mary was lovely to work with. Best vacation ever. Thank you!

Excited to Get There but Disappointed on Arrival

Let me start by saying we’ve rented homes in this area for many years now and this is our first poor rating. We had a great time in Florida! We love the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and. Sanibel Island area as we travel there every summer. The home was less than what we expected. It has tremendous potential but needs some updates. The kitchen faucet knob and the pool shower knob fall off when using. Most of the teflon coated pots and pans are scratched up and unsafe for cooking. This was a problem as we normally cook dinner half of our nights while on vacation. Beds were not very comfortable so we didn’t rest well. Pool table sticks are broken and worn out. However, the biggest disappointment is the pool/spa area. We’ve never stayed any where the pool and spa couldn’t be used at the same time. Even in spa mode the smaller spa area with most of the jets, did not work, which was not advertised as nonoperational. The pool circulation was poor with the pool remaining dirty all week. Most of the pool flow jets had minimal or no water flow. No pool skimmer was available so we bought one which was reimbursed. Property management finally told us a pool blower had been messed up and was ordered but wouldn’t arrive for our stay. Overall the home is in a great location with a great view but those 2 things don’t overcome all of the issues and updates that need to be made. I would not rent this home again unless updates were made and the outdoor area which is a huge selling point, was completely operational.

Hi Thomas, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - While some of the pots and pans may have shown wear, others are nearly new. That said, we plan to refresh any that aren't in great shape. - The dishwasher was recently tested and found to be working properly. - As soon as you shared your pool concerns, we sent a technician who discovered the blower needed replacement. A new part was ordered right away, but unfortunately didn't arrive in time to be installed during your stay. The pool was re-cleaned that same day to ensure it was as usable as possible. - This is the first time we have received a complaint about mattress comfort, but we understand preferences vary and will keep this feedback in mind. - We're looking into replacing the worn pool table sticks and will check the faucet and outdoor shower knobs to ensure everything is secure and functioning properly. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
