Just minutes to the white sand beaches of Indian Rocks and plenty of shopping and restaurants! Walking in, you'll immediately be drawn to the spacious screened patio with a heated pool, gas grill and television. The primary living area offers multiple spaces to relax as you while away the hours! The home is outfitted with all new furnishings and linens. One of the spacious guest rooms offers two full beds and the other a queen. These bedrooms both share a well-appointed guest bath. The amply sized master is on the other side of the home with a king bed, large closet and newly updated bathroom! A great vacation!

We stayed at this home for Christmas with our grandchildren (10 and 8)…it was excellent! The kids loved the pool and the house had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect as well. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location. Close to everything you need or want to do. Well stocked kitchen as well as all beach needs. Hosts were easy to reach if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great alternative to having to rent 2 or more hotel rooms. I have 3 teenagers, and this home was perfect for us. The proximity to several beaches, plenty of dining and also fun activities makes the home very desirable. Being able to wind the day down with a swim in the pool and relax was a great added benefit. The host was great and very accommodating.

Close to beach!

Property was wonderful. Cutely decorated, beachy feel. Entire house is updated. Very spacious. Great outdoor area with gas grill, heated pool, patio furniture. Comfortable beds. We had a few issues upon arrival, rental agency helped us in a timely manner. This is a great house to stay in. Sticked with everything we needed. Even had beach chairs and umbrellas.

The great Purple house

The house was amazing. Very comfortable for the entire family. The pool was clean and cool. We spent more time in the pool then going to the beach. The only downside to the property was the fact that we had to drive to the Property Management office and get keys and then drop them off when we left. I didn't like having to go out of my way for keys when they could just put a code on the front door. But I would highly recommend the house and I would stay there again.

Not what we expected.

The house wasn’t clean properly upon arrival. The floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Taylor was very helpful and offered the housekeeping service to come back and do a clean over. I refused because I cleaned myself and after a long travel didn’t want a stranger walking around the house. The pool was a disaster, it was full of dead flies, although Taylor came over and tried to fix the cleaning robot that unfortunately wasn’t working at all. After the pool guy cleaned the pool, next day, same thing happened, flies just keep on coming and swimming in the pool. It was thousands of them. Crazy! Pillows were uncomfortable. We loved the fact that the kitchen was stock up with everything we needed though. We won’t be staying there again, but we’re definitely thankful for Tylor and everything he did to help!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived very early which gave us a chance to site see. Our place was not ready due to cleaning. The previous occupants evidently left the place in disarray. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We couldn't use the pool the first day because the previous occupants left in a mess which was a bummer. The staff was very apologetic. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you would need for a weeks vacation. We did discover that the sheets in one of the spare bedroom were stained but it was a big problem since there were two beds in that room. After that my wife discovered stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. Throughout the week, we found nerf darts, sunflower seeds, peanuts and a half eating ice cream sandwich which was behind the couch. Overall, the place was great and that pool was everything. The staff continued to apologize for the mess left by the previous occupants. I would definitely stay there again but I would make sure there is a day gap between occupants to give the staff enough time to clean the place. My wife and I made sure we left the place better than we received it.

During our stay there were a couple days the wind was blowing pretty good on the beach so having a pool saved the day with the kids. Was in a great location , just over the bridge from the beaches and restaurants and close to grocery stores. The house was in good condition and updated. Definitely would stay here again. Wonderful Vacation Rental Home

We enjoyed renting this very clean and well decorated home. All of the furniture, linens, and dishes seemed new. The neighborhood was quiet and only a few minutes to Indian Shores beach. We highly recommend this home. The realtors were very accommodating and easy to work with.
