*Kitchen, living, half bath downstairs with killer patio. Upstairs are 2 more full baths and 2 bedrooms
*Completely remodeled top to bottom with nice new furniture. Great luxury at this price. Sunchase beach access private in front, Tennis courts & jacuzzi outside.

About The Space-
While you can rent many beachfront condos on South Padre, it is very tough to find one remodeled beachfront to suit even the most discerning of tastes.
Located on the 3rd floor, elevator rides are short if even needed, yet offer great ocean views for cocktails on the oversized patio. The patio here is to die for!
Rare 2 level condos offers the ultimate in privacy. Sunchase has all concrete construction for a supreme level of quiet for those wanted to sleep in after working so hard relaxing at the beach.
The building & grounds are perfect set ups for young families. You can see the pool from this condo - and this pool is heated, a real gem as most complexes do not offer this.
We offer completely contactless entry via our wifi locks, or you are welcome to check in at our office at South Padre Trips.
Towels & lines are provided as well as a "ready to go" kitchen for easy & affordable home cooked meals.. Parking permit is required at this property, with 1 dedicated parking space inside the high security fence. Guest additional parking cannot be counted on, though there is Free Parking at the Island Post office or the intermodal transport center close by.
Our beachfront getaway at a very fine level awaits you...and we didn't do a half remodel it was completely redone inside.
Walk to Yummies, Russos, Kohnami Sushi, Johnny Rockets, McDonalds, Ceviche Ceviche, and the new & awesome Nautico plus Dennys for breakfast.
Sleeping space is a king in the master, 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom plus a pull out couch. We do provide an airbed and pump just please bring extra bedding if you plan on using. 6 people are the max allowed here. Property has security & an elevator as well as small fitness center & reading room.
Please understand we do not have a private BBQ here - there are community use gas grills by the pool for guest use first come first serve.
This condo has free WiFi! if you have some work to get done, though internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.
Pets are not allowed here, sorry.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 and for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the eSign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, and read the house rules over and agree.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
