Plenty of space for your family to stretch out and have a great time. There is ample room in the living area for family movie night on a large flat screen TV and for those who like to gather around the dining room table for game night - great space there, too. There are two areas where sun worshipers can gather - the ocean side to watch the sunrise and the bayside balcony to say good night with a spectacular sunset. This condo comes equipped for everything you would want or need for your holiday, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of bed space, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and a brand new water heater for those long showers. The assigned parking spot is under the building, offering easy access to the lobby. This unit has all the comforts of home with central air, 2 flat-screen TVs (one in living room, one in master bedroom), 1 DVD player, and Comcast TV. Maximum Occupancy: 8.
