No hay nada como unas vacaciones frente al mar en Ocean City, Maryland, para ayudarlo a relajarse y alejarse de todo. Desde el gran balcón, te encantará tomar un café mientras sale el sol y pinta el océano lleno de color. Durante el día, disfrute de los sonidos de las gaviotas y la risa mientras se aleja del calor de la playa y tal vez disfrute de un buen libro. Por la noche, disfrutará de la brisa fresca y se relajará con los sonidos de las olas rompiendo en la playa. ¡Realmente es mágico!

Ubicado en la calle 110 en Capri, este edificio cuenta con maravillosas comodidades para que su estadía sea aún más placentera. Tendrás acceso a una piscina cubierta iluminada (abierta durante todo el año), sala de ejercicios, sauna, cancha de tenis, cancha de básquetbol cubierta e incluso una sala de juegos. El edificio también es conveniente para restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento.

Este fabuloso 3 dormitorios, 2 baños puede dormir 8. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con TV y un tocador para prepararse para una noche en la ciudad. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble con TV. El tercero tiene una litera junto con un gemelo. Hay dos baños completos en el pasillo que se compartirían con los tres dormitorios. En la sala de estar, un sofá cama doble permite acomodaciones adicionales para dormir y tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que necesita para la noche en que elige cocinar en casa. La sala de estar y la barra de desayuno tienen muchos asientos para que todos pasen tiempo juntos durante una comida. La unidad también cuenta con una lavadora / secadora e internet.

Fantastic Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as described, It was clean and well- maintained. We were a family of 5 adults, a 15 yr old, a 3 year old, and a 1 year old and we had plenty of room, We are considering returning to the same exact condo next year. This condo is near 110th street and the Boardwalk ends at 28th street so it is far removed from any loud noise, etc. There is a bus that runs from the condo(and beyond) to the Boardwalk that was $5 for an all day pass. A Food Lion grocery store is fairly close. Two restaurants that we visited were RopeWalk and Dead Freddies and we thoroughly enjoyed the food at these restaurants. We especially like the fact that there was a playground at both places so the young children were entertained It was an added bonus with the indoor pool and the large game room. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Our only complaint would be that the dining area was dark--needs an overhead light, or more powerful lamps throughout the condo.

Annual Family Vacay at the Capri

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd or 4th year in a row staying at the Capri. We love it! My Wife and I take our 3 and 6 year old sons as well as their grandmother down. There is plenty of room and beds, the condo is always clean and spacious. With magnificent oceanfront views. They love the pool after riding the waves! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.Only unfortunate thing I’ll say is over the last few years there was “assigned” parking spaces, however it was never enforced and we were always told park where you like (as long as you have the permit). This was a plus as I have a rather large truck and this units parking space is under the deck up against some pillars and is not very big truck friendly, so it was great that we could park wherever. This year however parking was being “enforced”, we were essentially told we were liars by the rent a cop at check in and that parking where you’d like was never the case (even though last year the spot wasn’t accessible due to renovations). He went as far as asking why we would book the condo knowing we couldn’t park in its spot, he was rude and unprofessional and after going back and forth with him for 10 minutes, he “assigned” us a new spot as far from the building as possible out near coastal highway. That said we would still book this property for years to come, overall it is a terrific property, even with the one lousy employee who was not associated with Benchmark. Thank you Benchmark!

Quick Labor Day weekend trip

We stayed at this condo for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The condos view is awesome. The balcony is large and has a picnic table. The bedrooms are spacious and the condo can accommodate a large family comfortably. The building has decent amenities with a large indoor pool, rolling bins to help load in your stuff, fast elevators, several beach side showers and really great access to the beach (including a business that will set up umbrellas and chairs for a fee). No complaints and I would stay here again.

Beautiful Views; Great for families

Beautifully decorated condo (bathrooms could be updated). Amazing views from balcony--got to see dolphins swim by! Had a maintenance issue in the primary shower and notified property management. They responded immediately and addressed it.

Love this place!

We had four adults and two kids (4 and 11yo), and this rental was pretty perfect for us. Three bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space, two FULL bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and SO MUCH SPACE for us to relax together in the living and dining rooms. Not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other, which was just so great! The views were AMAZING! Being on the beach was super convenient. The building has a game room and sauna, and the indoor pool was really wonderful for when we were done with the sun. I would absolutely book this place again!

Family Trip to OCMD

Awesome condo, great location. Super clean and tons of space for everyone. We do wish there was an outdoor pool at this building, that would be our only regret, but not really a regret - just a thought! Would stay again!

Wonderful week!

The condo was very neat and clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic. The parking space was in a great location and made traveling in and out of the complex very easy. I highly recommend this unit. My family had a terrific time!

Perfect Beach Experience

The house was as advertised. The views were spectacular. The beach was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. If I could have one thing differently, it would be that the beds were made upon arrival. After a long day of travel it would be nice to not have that task upon arrival. Otherwise spectacular trip!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 3 young kids, ages 2,4,6. This unit was perfect size, with plenty of space for us to all hang out in. A great view of the ocean from the balcony. We were there a couple weeks before memorial Day, so somewhat in the off season. Each time we walked down to the beach or the indoor pool, we practically had them to ourselves. The building itself is aging and could use some updates and refurbishing; you won't be wow'd by it's aesthetics. But the room was clean and everything was in good working order.
