Ideal for a couple, a student, visiting professionals or additional guests to the Main House. The Studio features a cozy and convenient layout and boasts great views over the city.

The Space:
The stylish Studio includes a Queen bed, couch, large smart TV, sitting area and a work desk. There's a separate bathroom with a shower/bath combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a full-size electric stove/oven, a full-size fridge and all your cooking requirements for the nights you want to stay in.

The Terrific Tijeras Studio is all yours during your stay. You also will get dedicated access to left bay of the garage for your vehicle. plus shared access to the courtyard with a great sitting area.

The Terrific Tijeras Studio is ideally positioned Downtown – the perfect base for your New Mexico getaway or business trip. The home is within walking distance to a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, countless activities, cultural attractions, the central business district, and exceptional sightseeing opportunities.

This ultra-modern Studio caters for 2 guests. Tastefully decorated, the living area delivers:

You will have access to the entire Studio apartment plus shared access to the courtyard.

PARKING
Access via Kent Street. Shared 2 car garage. The Studio has access to the car park on the left-hand side of the garage. You are welcome to park on-site, BEHIND your allocated car park. ** Please note: Do not park behind the right side of the garage. This space is for Casa De Tijeras. If you block another guest's car, you will be charged the towing cost.

Robinson Park – An Irvie Home is conveniently located in heart of Downtown Albuquerque. You will be .5 miles to the Convention Center, 1 mile to Oldtown and 1 mile to the Museum district. In downtown you will find bustling nightlife along Central Avenue (former Route 66), including many nightclubs, theatres, and restaurants.

The town home is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and cafes, including Café Lush, 0.1 miles, Firenze Pizzeria, 0.3 miles, Capos Italian Restaurant, 0.2 miles, Damacio's Bar and Tapas, 0.3 miles.
Robinson Park is just 0.2 miles. The Historic El Rey Theatre is just 0.3 miles.

The home is ideally located within proximity to numerous attractions. Just 20 minutes from the International Balloon Fiesta, the world's largest hot air ballooning event and said to be the most photographed event on earth.

Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No Pets allowed
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.

My stay was amazing. So amazing I extended two extra nights. The condo is light and airy. AC works wonderfully. Great space. Everything one needs for a long or short stay. Evenings on the balcony were enjoyable. And there is even a garage to park your car!!

A great deal, great location

Property is in an infill development in a mostly-residential part of downtown Albuquerque. Lots of streets lined with interesting older homes to explore. Property itself is a basic studio apartment without a lot of frills (small kitchen, no dishwasher), but clean and quiet. Just the thing if you're looking for a good price in a central location.
