AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

This premier, corner condo at Cinnamon Shore North offers 2 covered balconies with scenic views to Lake Colby and to Town Center! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has West Indies vibe that mixes classic with contemporary. The cozy family room is flooded with natural coastal sunlight. It opens to the dining area for 4 and an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances and an island with sink, and bar-height seating for 4. Both king-size bedrooms have private baths, and one has a walk-in closet.

Shiplap detailing and great light fixtures add character and style throughout. Located near the lakeside pavilion and fishing dock, it’s also close to Town Center for seasonal activities and live music, which drifts up to the condo’s front deck!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Lucky Ole Sun is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lucky Ole Sun the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Extremely clean and well decorated condo

We got to see a few others while we were there since our friends had other condos and I definitely think ours was the best! It made great use of the space. I loved the beds they were extremely clean and comfortable. Floors didn’t even have sand on them upon arrival. Overall it’s extremely impressive how well they keep up this property. The only down sides and it’s very minor since most people likely don’t cook on vacation as much as we did: the cooking utensils could use an update and the colander needs to be updated. But other than those two things everything was truly flawless! We were also happy to see they had a pac n play.

Almost Great

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very good. Other than finding someone’s dirty sock under a couch the place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the last night we were there resulted in a terrible leak that developed above one of the beds in the middle of the night. We woke in a saturated bed and had to move kids around to the other room to sleep while one of us had to sleep on the couch. Maintenance arrived an hour after making the call to report the issue at which point we assisted them in moving things out of the way to avoid further saturation. A report was filed at the front desk. When we checked out we requested some sort of compensation since we did not get what we paid for that night. We were told that they couldn’t help but that the property management group would call us later to discuss. We never heard back. It’s unfortunate that customer service isn’t a little better at such a pricey location. It should be automatic to at least provide a partial night’s refund if you don’t receive the services that you paid for (like a bed/bedroom).

The tv needs to be simplified, takes 4 remotes 🥴. The internet never worked, luckily my husband has a hotspot we used when needed. None of these things were enough of an issue since we were outside mostly, but for other people it could be a deal breaker so just wanting to make owners aware. The internet name wasn’t even an option, we tried multiple times and even typed it in etc... we are easy to please, but these things could be addressed for future renters. Thanks!

Great property with some maintenance issues.

The recessed light in the shower unit began leaking water. Also there was a faucet in master bath that was so loose it was wobbly and I was afraid it would come out of the wall.
