The Space:
Relax and unwind in this Travis Heights 950 sq ft townhome. Enter into a light-filled, contemporary space just minutes from vibrant South Congress (SoCo) and downtown. Custom walnut cabinetry, stained concrete floors, and cozy furnishings create a welcoming haven. When you're ready to venture, there are abundant choices nearby, sure to entertain every type of traveler - from fantastic restaurants and boutique shops to live music to hiking and bike trails.
For downtime between outings, sit back and relax on an extra large sofa, connect your own streaming account on the Smart TV, and watch a good movie.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, blender, and dishes. The galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation, games, or watching a movie while you prepare a meal. To enjoy sit-down meals at home, there’s a stylish dining table to seat 4, and if you prefer dining al fresco, there’s a table on the deck outside.
When it’s time for sweet dreams, you’ll find both rooms artfully designed with queen-size beds, eco-friendly memory foam mattresses, and high-quality linens. One of the bedrooms has an office desk and chair in case you need a dedicated workspace. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and designer fixtures.
Traveling with your furry friend? We allow 2 pets as long as their combined weight is no more than 60 lbs. (Must sign a pet agreement, and there’s a fee per night. Certain breed restrictions apply.) This has a FULLY fenced yard and perfect for furry buddies.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.
Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request with a minimal fee.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed.
- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
