This serene retreat offers a phenomenal blend of comfort and convenience. This townhome is loaded with luxury furnishings and nestled in a prime South Austin location within minutes from South Congress, Zilker Park (ACL Festival), Barton Springs, Auditorium Shores, Lady Bird Hike & Bike Trail and downtown Austin. Centrally located near the iconic S Congress Ave and S 1st Street intersection...both walking/biking accessible with variety of restaurants, bars, galleries and live music. Absolutely beautiful home that was perfect for our stay in Austin. Location was excellent and accommodations were fantastic. Very new and solidly built home, and Matt was very communicative. Didn't impact us too much, but be aware that one of the neighbors does have a rooster that crows fairly early, in case you like sleeping in.

What a beautiful home! The space was airy, clean, filled with tons of natural light, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and even checked in to make sure we were doing well, which we really appreciated. There were so many great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making everything super convenient. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed at Matt’s Vrbo from a Saturday-Monday with 2 other adults. Our flight didn’t land until Saturday at 12AM and he was more than accommodating to our 1AM arrival time to the rental and alotted us extra time to check out since our flight out was early afternoon. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and the rental had everything we needed! We did have a rental car, but everything is definitely within walking distance. Not a noisy neighborhood at all, able to relax and get some good rest after eventful days in Austin. Thank you for hosting us!

The location was the main reason I booked this rental, but it ended up being even better than expected! Owner provided really helpful check in instructions. The property itself was very clean and I lived the layout (both upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers. I was at first a little worried about privacy since it's a back house on another property, but I don't think I ever even saw the neighbors once, so it ended up being a non-issue.There's a nice cafe, taco shop, and Irish pub all within a 5 minute walk too!Will definitely be booking here again next time I visit the area if it's available!

For my family of three, the size and location of this townhome was unbeatable. We were a five minute drive from South Congress, and no more than twenty minutes (avoiding tolls) from about everything else we did. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how stocked the kitchen was - but you're in Austin, Texas why would you be cooking?! There was an issue with the hot water in the shower. When I reached out, the owner was apologetic, incredibly attentive to address the issue, and sent out a company with an incredible employee. The issue was addressed before we left.We would say the only thing to note is that the townhome is very close to many neighbors, and most of the lovely windows have no blinds or curtains. Not a problem for us, but just a head's up. Prime location, appropriately priced, communicative and responsive owner 5 stars!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. First, the property was stunning. It was quite literally brand new; a very modern home in pristine condition. It went well beyond just being “accommodating”. Every single thing I could ask for was provided. I truly felt as if I was in my own home. Secondly, communication from the host was simply perfect. I was there for 14 days, and the host would randomly check in just to ensure all needs were met. I found this to be extremely comforting.Also, the location was absolutely perfect. It’s situated between two main streets in Austin, with an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance. (Yes, I walked to most of my destinations simply because I was able to.)I will definitely rent this home again the next time I visit Austin.

This rental is in my top 3 best ever! We travel at least 3 times a year and I loved this place. It was so clean and nothing was old or worn out. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. The family room was cozy and the kitchen had everything you would need. It's just minutes from the airport and everything we wanted to see was within 20 miles of the condo. I would highly recommend this unit!

Although we live in Castle Pines, CO, we have been in love with Austin since our first visits in 1994. We were so excited when our oldest daughter moved down to Austin in 2020 because we knew our visits would be enjoyable and frequent!! Today, she and her husband have given us a great new chapter of our lives with our first grandbaby boy and we are LOVING watching him grow. We decided to give them some space in their home in SE Austin, and found this beautiful, gated townhome so that when we visit, we have a place to stay. When we aren't visiting, we hope that our guests will enjoy this townhome and the area as much as we LOVE it!

We have know a wonderful friend and real estate agent for 30+ years and she lives in Austin and really KNOWS the area. When we told her we were going to look for a 2 BR place, she called us right away and told us, "you have to come see this townhome...the location is perfect for you and so convenient to downtown, South Congress, Zilker, etc. " We looked at with her and made an offer that day! Our neighbors are all friendly and helpful.
