The house was well equipped with necessities. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our dog who liked to play ball.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed this vacation rental. Great location, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, included a barbecue grill.We would stay here again.

Great Location and Views

We had a very peaceful stay for our first trip to Sedona. The views from the property were great and since we traveled with our dog, it was nice having quick access to trails to take her hiking.

Comfy, Cozy and a Great Location!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great as it was a short drive to the main shopping area as well as many hikes, including Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock (which were gorgeous!). The beds were comfortable and we especially enjoyed the spacious backyard (which was great for a little stargazing in the evening).

Nice place

We stayed for 3 nights and very happy with our house and location. Clean, well stocked with all the things you would need, and quiet. We loved the views. Easy access to downtown Sedona and shopping. Pet friendly. We would stay at this location again.

Nice getaway in Sedona!

We had a wonderful time at this home near Bell Rock. It’s close to many hiking trails and just a short drive to downtown Sedona. The home is well equipped, the master bed is very comfortable, and the sunroom is a great place to relax and take in the birds and squirrels.

Beautiful Sedona

Great stay in Sedona - house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for preparing food. All the bedding and linens were excellent and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the backyard space.

Great weekend stay

My husband, sister in law, her fiance, and I stayed here for a weekend trip with our dogs! The property was clean and perfect for our group. The backyard was huge which was great for the dogs and we were walking distance from plenty of trails. We were close to downtown, but still far enough away to not get too caught in the traffic. The owners helped communicate quick. We would definitely stay here again!

AZ get away

Clean, tidy home in wonderfully quiet residential neighborhood south of Sedona. Great access to red rock trails just out the back door. Relaxing and restorative. We would be delighted to stay at the property again.

Fantastic place

Location was perfect, just outside Sedona proper. Close to trails and town without being on top of everything. House was one of the best equipped of all the places we have stayed, had everything we needed and very clean. Would love to come back when weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the outside space. Would recommend!

Nice place, but just needs a few improvements.

In a safe, beautiful location. A few things in the home could be improved--the dirty tub and shower curtain were hard to ignore during our stay.

From the Owner "We apologize that you found our bathtub dirty. Please know that our wonderful cleaning team comes in after each and every visit to do a thorough clean of the house, the bed sheets, the towels, as well as any other areas. We are also one of the few homes in the area that allow pets so we spend extra money on pet cleaning after a guest books with a pet. We also stay in that home ourselves which is why you may have found some board games and toys that our children enjoy. Cleanliness is of paramount importance to us. That being said, like most homes in Sedona, ours is not a new construction so some areas of the house are a bit dated. We think it adds to the charm of the home. We will double check the tub and if the shower curtain needs replacement, we will replace promptly."

Wonderful house in sedona

We absolutely loved this house especially the nice fenced in back yard with incredible views. Only a few miles from town. It had all the amenities including very comfortable beds. Also set up well for pets. I would highly recommend!

Amazing views! Wonderful bedding! Great neighborhood. Staple items, games, books, guidebooks and hiking guides were there waiting for us. Extra sun / play room was wonderful. Excellent backyard seating.
