El mejor alquiler en la península: de nueva construcción con cocina gourmet, bajo cero, electrodomésticos lobo y una gran sala con chimenea que se abre a un patio gigante con una barbacoa incorporada. Las puertas plegables desaparecen para conectar el patio y la gran sala para dar la verdadera vida interior / exterior. Una plaza de aparcamiento cubierta y una plaza de garaje (en tándem). En la playa, además de solo una cuadra de la bahía y del recién inaugurado Marina Park. Dos habitaciones principales con camas king y baños privados. Dos habitaciones con camas queen (y una cama adicional para niños pequeños), y una con una litera completa / doble. Un dormitorio en planta baja, 4 arriba. Un baño en la planta baja, 3 arriba. Gonna be honest. We lived on the peninsula for 10 years 1985-1995 We picked this house for #1 location, location, location…it’s perfect, between the piers and close to everything. Prime location! I promise. And we picked this house reason #2 it sleeps 8 adults all in king sized beds. Plus a kids bunk room if you have 2-3 little ones. Ok reason #3 air conditioning…it was warm at the beach AC is a must. The master bedroom on the south side is a meat locker. When the AC is on it’s difficult to sleep in there. Put adjustable registers in the ceiling of all rooms so they can be opened and closed. The other rooms were better but down stairs a little warm. It was unseasonably warm last week for sure. Mid 80’s on the sand. No control over that. Glad we had it. The heat and the AC. Kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff necessary. The Sub Zero fridge was large for lots of food. The Wolf stove/griddle/oven was great. There were no kitchen towels for wiping down or drying dishes etc. None. Glad I brought two. I noticed a lot of fly traps on other houses on the boardwalk. There is a fly issue at the house. If you leave the front door open for more than 1 second you’ll have lots of flies in the kitchen. A major hassle kinda gross and the 10 full trash cans by the carport don’t help either. The garage parking space is for a mini cooper maybe. The carport is adequate. Ok on to the bedding. The sheets on all 4 king bedsare horrible. Walmart for sure.The wifi marginal!

Perfect stay - awesome location

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach views, walk to restaurants & the farmer’s market and enjoy people watching. Step outside the front door and go for a jog along the beach or do some yoga on the patio. The home is awesome - light, airy & open, kitchen is beautiful & roomy, exactly as pictured. Super clean, great layout to host a post graduation get-together where people can lounge in the family room, gather around the kitchen table & play games, or enjoy hanging out on the patio. The photos on the listing are a true reflection of the property and its amenities. The property manager even stopped by to introduce herself and make sure we were happy with everything. Thanks for the best VRBO experience I’ve had to date! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place for a Family Vacation

We just returned from an unforgettable family vacation at this stunning beach house, and we couldn't be happier! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views. The house itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of nine. The open-concept living area was perfect for family gatherings with plenty of seating for all! We loved playing games both inside and out on the patio!One of the highlights was the direct access to the beach. It was just a few steps away, allowing us to spend our days swimming, building sandcastles, and enjoying beach games. The kids had an absolute blast, and we felt at ease knowing they could play safely nearby.The location was also ideal, with local shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We enjoyed exploring the area and trying out different seafood places.Overall, this beach house offered everything we could have hoped for and more. We left with wonderful memories and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic family beach vacation!

Was FANTASTIC locationThe house wasn’t very well stocked for general things like paper towels, shampoo, sponges and dishwasher detergent etc., and had some issues with the cupboards But was super stocked for beach fun and towelsOverall- great place and great location Easy ck in Easy ck outWe would book again!

Balboa Peninsula Spring Break

Great location. Clean. Safe. Central location to walk to Balboa ferry and Newport Pier. Loved the people watching. BBQ was great. Kitchen well stocked. Loved it!

Never sent access code VRBO refused to honor their policy

We planned a family vacation to the beach and decided to spend more to have a nice beach front property. We drove 10 hours and planned to arrive on time to check in. They never sent us an access code to get in. Apparently the host was on a plane. She seemed apologetic afterward. But VRBO has been a nightmare to work with. They told me repeatedly that they would takecare of me. Mind you I have my four small children with me and no where to stay after driving 10 hours. So they told me on the phone and via chat that they would cover the difference for having to find another place. After getting off the phone they sent me an email saying that they would cover the difference up to 100% of the cost difference. So I found another home just up the street with my family in the car. I immediately sent them the receipt. It was more expensive but within their limits. It took them less than 2 hours to decline covering the difference. Terrible experience with VRBO. Made promises and broke them.

I spent my childhood here growing up as a kid and hadn’t been back in 25 years. I always dreamed of staying in a place as beautiful as this onethis right on the boardwalk in Newport Beach. Truly a dream come true. What are the greatest vacations in recent history.We’ll be back!

Fantastic Beach House

This property was nearly perfect for our family. They have five bedrooms, including a room with bunkbeds for the children. It was very clean and very beautiful. The front walls and windows all fold out to open up the whole front out to the beach very wonderful views all day long. It’s great if you have very small children because it’s quite a walk over the sand to get to the water so there’s plenty of space for them to play on before they get close to the ocean. But it probably takes one and a half minutes to walk to the ocean if you want to head over there. Everything you can need was already in the apartment.

Beautiful home, great location

Our host was so kind and helpful, the property was beautiful and well kept. Check in and check out was so easy. Some minor issues with the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but there was a note posted so we were not caught unaware. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Absolutely Incredible

An absolutely incredible home. Everything you could ever ask for in a beach house. The main living spaces that open up to the beach are so functional and picturesque. Beds are comfortable. Lots of beach toys, wagon, chairs and boogie boards. We had the most memorable week here with our family and friends.
