Each professionally outfitted 3 bedroom, 2 bath home showcases a stylish beachside design, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Perfect for larger groups, this unique setup offers the ideal blend of relaxation and coastal charm in the heart of Newport Beach.

LIVING/DINING AREA: - Leather sofa set - Cable TV - Bayview dining table w/ seating for 6 - Large bayfront windows and sliding glass doors to access both patios
BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1: Queen bed; secondary access door to hallway bathroom; located just off living room Bedroom #2: Twin bunk bed set; located at end of hallway Bedroom #3 (Primary): King bed; cable TV; en-suite bathroom
LIVING/DINING AREA: - Leather sofa set - Cable TV - Bar height dining table w/ seating for 8; bay views - Barstool seating for 2 at nearby kitchen counter - Access door to balcony deck
BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed; secondary access door to hallway bathroom; located just off living room: - Bedroom #2: King bed; cable TV; located at end of hallway - Bedroom #3 (Primary): King bed; en-suite bathroom
BATHROOMS: - Hallway Bathroom: Large step-in shower; access doors from Hallway & Bedroom #1 - en-suite Bathroom: Tub/shower combo; separate vanity/closet area
KITCHENS: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Split level bayside patios: - Level 1: dining table w/ seating for 6; market umbrella; propane gas BBQ grill - Level 2: cushioned outdoor seating - Covered upstairs balcony deck w/ seating and propane gas BBQ grill - Bay views Note: The dock area is now available to booked guests where you will have the ability to launch any rented paddle boards or kayaks into the channel (Please note: The unit does not come with kayaks or paddle boards. These items would need to be brought by guest, or rented from businesses in the area). No boats are allowed. Guest must ensure the safety of all persons in their party when using the dock.
ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi; hair dryer; iron/ironing board; 8 low-profile beach chairs; propane gas BBQ grill - ceiling fans throughout; heating; laminate wood flooring w/ area rugs throughout - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
LAUNDRY: Coin-operated facilities are located in the garage. Bring your own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING: - Double garage fits midsize vehicles. Garage dimensions 82"H x double wide. - Neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered/non-metered and pay station).
LOCATION: Nearby beaches, parks, groceries, shops, eateries, theater and other conveniences - all within walking distance! Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
