Latitude Adjustment is a beachfront luxury home at Pointe West. It was just built a few years ago and will be available as a vacation rental for the first time!

This exquisite beachfront home has all the amenities & features you could want in a beach home. Pamper the family and enjoy the 180-degree unobstructed Gulf views, covered and uncovered deck, chef's kitchen, and much more. This house is set up to accommodate everyone. It has an elevator, 2 sets of washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators/freezers, a commercial ice maker, and a fully fenced yard, & just wait until you see the sleeping & bath arrangements. No more fighting over who gets which bedroom, they are all fantastic with their own en-suites and views! Did you say allergies? Each central A/C system is equipped with a UV light Air Purifier. The Cupola that no one wants to leave has you seeing 360 degrees around the community.

Pointe West Beach Club

Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river heated in the winter), fitness center, concierge, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years and older) The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.

The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!

What a House!

Dream home for sure. House was just what our family vacation was looking for. Beachfront, lots of room, and an elevator. We have been coming to Galveston for over 30 years and this is by far the most wonderful home we have stayed in. All kitchen stuff to cook with for any chef. Ice maker and two refrigerators. We 11 people we were comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone and enough baths for after the beach.

Pointe West Paradise

Our family converges annually & have been renting beach front homes on Galveston island every summer for over 15 years. This was our first time to stay in the Pointe West Community. We lucked out finding this beautiful home this summer. Not only did this house look & feel brand new but it was perfectly designed for family gatherings. The kitchen was amazing with dual refrigerators & large island. The views from the decks were spectacular. Most impressive to me was the bunk bed room. This was the first house that actually got the bunk bed/kid's room right. There was plenty of space with 8 beds, a large closet with storage for each kid & a giant bathroom with multiple sinks, dual toilets & dual showers. We loved the beach but our kids really enjoyed the community pool & lazy river. I have to say I enjoyed our stay so much this time that I actually contacted a real estate agent & started looking for a similar home for sale in the Pointe West community. Need I say more...

Better than the Ritz!

This home is the epitome of luxury. Views, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, adventure, and relaxation all in one place. We rented chairs and sun shades from Coastal Waves Vacations and the teens tried their hand at surfing; we rented the surfboards from Coastal Waves too. The 80-year-olds appreciated having an elevator and covered deck space. This is now our annual extended family staycation spot
