WOW-DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS BAYSIDE 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo with one of the BEST VIEWS of the BAY in OC. This waterfront Bayside Beauty features a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan- kitchen, dining room & living room, central air and a balcony with direct waterfront views overlooking the Bay. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, and the Living Room has a new Queen Sleeper Sofa. This condo will comfortably accommodate your family of six. Enjoy relaxing by the Bayfront Pool. Easy access to water activities on the bay. Grounds are quite and well kept. Within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Guest supplies sheets, towels, and all soaps and paper products. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This unit rents from Saturday to Saturday in season, any 3 nights off season and the owner supplies WIFI. 1 Parking spot is assigned and 1 unassigned, no guarantee on the unassigned spot. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Great location and nice place

This Condos location right on the bay was fantastic, and we absolutely loved the large balcony – the sunsets were truly beautiful.The easy access to the boardwalk was a great perk, as was being able to walk right out the back to Fish Tales. We also appreciated the short walk to coffee shops and restaurants.The condo was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

Great Stay

We had a very nice adults only long weekend. The location is great with a beautiful view. The pool is very nice and relaxing as well. It’s easy to get to the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk etc.

Cute, clean condo with a beautiful balcony view of the bay, close walk to the beach, one assigned parking spot was great idea. Wasn’t an issue when I was there because of off season but I imagine it’s a game changer in busy season - can run out to store and not worry about losing your parking spot.

Super location

We loved this great little condo for its peace and quiet and stunning view of the bay from a nice sized balcony. The place had pretty much everything we needed. Only downside is the mattresses could be upgraded.. But they were alright. Had a little issue with the deadbolt, but the property manager responded quickly early on a Saturday morning and had it resolved for us. I’d definitely rent this lovely condo again!

Great Location To Explore OC

The bed was squishy as other stated but not the worst of not-quite-memory-foam mattresses we've slept on. Also, as other stated, the front door was a little tricky and the deadbolt not usable. The sunsets from the patio were great. The kitchen was better equipped than most every beach rental we've had. The living area has comfortable couches and a nice TV. Most beach condos we've rented have a larger supply of well-used games and beach reads but we had brought our own entertainments. Over our 4.5 days, we did walk 35 miles exploring OC and this condo was a great home base for that because it had a quick walk to the north end of the board walk and it was also not far to the quieter streets on the west side of town. It was December and almost nothing was open (the public restrooms on the board walk were still open).

Wonderful condo

We loved everything about this condo. Extremely clean, everything was in great shape. Great location directly on the bay and two blocks from the boards and beach. The balcony was phenomenal. The only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom sunk some in the middle so my husband and I kept rolling towards each. Everything else was perfect and I highly recommend this condo.
