Lauriston House is a stylish Victorian home with plenty of character, right in the heart of vibrant Kyneton. Beautifully renovated to honour the past, but with all the modern essentials for a luxury getaway, including Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine, and gas fireplace.

Kyneton is the go-to destination for country getaways close to Melbourne, with the best food and wine, retail therapy, the arts and the great outdoors all in one place. Lauriston House is only a short walk to it all, with bakeries, cafes, pubs and shops only 200 metres down the street.

Interior design is a feature of Lauriston House, decorated with no expense spared, the artwork and styling are the hero of the property. The layout is perfectly suited to group getaways with beds for 4 couples or around 2 families. The open plan living space is great for entertaining with a central kitchen, dining area, and living area with gas fireplace. Plus ducted heating in all rooms, and reverse cycle split system.

Lauriston House has four bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. Bedroom configurations are as follows: -
Bedroom 1 – King bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 4 – 2 x Single beds (sleeps 2).

Only a 5 minute walk from all the action, yet on a nice quiet “side street” lined with houses and bluestones that tell the tale of this historic central Victorian town.

Parking onsite for 2 cars in the driveway. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix. BBQ provided. All linen is supplied (hotel quality bed linen and towels).

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Rate is for up to 8 guests (no extra couch-surfers).

No parties, and no Schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.

50% initial payment due upon booking and 50% balance payment charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
